The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby. It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too. It would be perfect if the oven glove is more heat resistant.

Excellent location. Have a Sainsbury local shop nearby. The staffs are responsive to our inquiries.

Bright & spacious property at an excellent location. Everything is at walking distance whether it's entertainment, restaurants, groceries,, public transport, attractions etc etc. Highly recommended.

great location at Mermaid Quay and bus #6 into city center

We loved the place! It was spacious and comfortable. Just a few wish list items: smart tv, extra trash bags, lighting over mirrors in bathroom, cloths drying rack was broken. We will definitely be coming back!

Was a lovely enjoyable stay , place was spacious more than adequate and clean . The only disappointment we had was the very strong smell of smoke and weed in the corridors outside level two . The location of the apartments was superb and definitely be booking very soon Thankyou for a lovely stay

Very roomy flat , clean and tidy with all the amenities you would wish for. Good location with car park nearby and plethora of restaurants nearby. Make sure you ask for car park discount card. On the downside three seater settee for four person accommodation, dripping tap in hall bathroom . But on the whole really good place and would stay there again.

Nice flat but wasn’t that clean, ring marks in kitchen and shower was moldy and corners of room dusty. Living room window was also broken so couldn’t close it. Very comfy bed though

Apartment are ok but not in the best shape. Some windows wouldn’t close proper. When very hot there were no fans and no possibility of having ones brought. Area around is very nice but lots of noise as one of the restaurants plays music many hours a day. Also my location wasn’t great as there was a garbage container just below my balcony which meant I couldn’t open windows too often as flies would come in. Overall the apartment was nicely located but I would recommend a hotel.

Good points - it’s a good location. We felt safe and it was local to Cardiff bay. Car park isn’t too far away and it was £6 a day after using coupons given to us. Free Wi-Fi. Working tv. Bad points - strong smell of cannabis coming from next door so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony/having doors open as much as we wanted to, condition of property was quite poor… property has a damaged en-suite door, kitchen floor needs replacing as it’s a trip hazard, several doors bump into a light/lampshade so this needs removing, cleanliness could have been a lot better… sofa cushions stink of cigarette smoke, curtains are so dirty/stained, toilet seat in en-suite was so dirty/stained . It was very hot in the apartment with just a tiny fan available so more fans/air con needed for summer and more towels needed.

Great location. General lack of communication- only replies to emails were after our arrival. The tv could do to be mounted higher up but overall a good little place to stay. I would stay again. Thank you

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed for 3 nights. No complaints.

Getting into the apartment was a bit of a hassle on the the check in day. There toilets not cleaned well. The mattresses needs replacements. The apartment was a bit dusty. Not enough lighting in the rooms especially near the mirror. Night gets very warm in summer and there is no ac. Too much of traffic noise if leave windows open. The kitchen needs some upgrading as it looks very worn out and the cooking pots and pans probably need replacing. Having a kitchen and the washer were really convenient and that’s the good thing about this place besides the Sainsbury shop downstairs. Overall, It was a pleasant Stay.

Love the location on Cardiff Bay, near the Senedd, the restaurants and Torchwood HQ. Our sat nav had trouble finding the affiliated car park but we got there in the end.

Would not recommend. Although the studio looked clean it felt dirty. It was dark and the water wouldn't drain from the shower tray. We informed them of this but nothing happened. Bed was really uncomfortable with exposed springs in mattress,there was a huge dip in the base. Huge scratch mark on the headboard. The decking on the balcony was brittle so you couldn't really sit out there. Communal areas such as the entrance was dirty and I wouldn't have felt safe staying here alone. Had to wash mygs before using as there were brown stains and the worktop was chipped and unhygienic.
