Very convenient location. Nicely styled room. Bed was too firm.

Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean amenities and central location.

Nice restaurants close by, close to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, clean and modern hotel, nice pool, staff went out of her way to get us some fruit when we missed the breakfast

Modern Facility- Stayed in a King Suite. large fridge, Dishwasher, cook top, cooking utensils. Excellent room. Walking distance to Sports Bar and welcoming staff. Excellent value for $

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The faucet in the bathroom had only one stream - slow. Also, there are black out shade but not easy to find so wish there was some basic write up on the window coverings.

Hotel room was very nicely laid out, providing great value. Unfortunately that’s where things largely stop. Check-in was chaos, though to be fair it appears as if the hotel was a primary hotel for a kids hockey tournament. Upon checkin, services purchased via Expedia (and also offered on Marriott’s website) was defined. Specific tickets for Hamilton war plane museum (entire reason for stay). Staff initially brushed it off promising to review and resolve. Hours later I had to initiate with front desk to rectify. Staff contacted their “manager” and returned with tickets to another museum (Hamilton Art Museum) which is on Marriott’s website for $10 cheaper per night! - total bait and switch. Hotel room, while laid out nicely, is not soundproofed. Was kept awake until nearly midnight by loud tvs. Staff no where to be found to rectify the issue. Giving hotel 3 stars, could easily have been a 4 or even 5 if any one of the problems was taken seriously and corrected.
