Não tem frigobar, o atendimento no checkin foi horrível e o café da manhã lamentável de tão simples e sem opções. Ponto positivo para a localização que é boa

Staff were amazing!

Ar condicionado não funcionou. Fiquei 5 dias em Barcelona com 40C e não funcionou o ar, pedi para trocar de quarto e não me trocaram. Fiquei em um Íbis em Madri também que a TV estava estragada. Não recomendo íbis nem para morador de rua.

Todo muy bien excepto que un día el aire acondicionado del 2 do piso dejo de funcionar y no había aire acondicionado en ninguna habitación.

Horrible breakfast!

Frühstück war gut

Thw room was comfortable for our 3 night stay. It was clean and had good AC. It is very minimal for what you get. There was no kleenex or anything besides toilet paper. Seemed expensive for such a basic room. You possibly could ask for items from the front desk but we didnt try. The safe was not actually bolted down so anyone could pull it out and take it. Our room the battery for the safe was dead, we asked front desk to change the batteries but they never did. It wasnt thay big of a deal so we didnt push the issue. Staff were helpful in other ways and I wouldn't say it was that much of a negative that they couldnt get the safe working. The rooms were quiet enough and we weren't disturbed. You could hear people in the hall and if they were talking loud in the neighboring room but it was not excessive. The breakfast was simple but good enough to get us started for the day. The location was good and we felt safe staying there.

Breakfast variety is fair, all fresh though. Ibis doesn‘t throw unpleasant surprises. If you don‘t expect opulence, but rather seek no frills clean bed, clean room and simple breakfast to get you started, Ibis doesn‘t disappoint.

O café da manhã era bastante desorganizado, com a maioria das opções faltando no buffet e demora ou ausência de reposição.

Toppenbra läge nära Sagrada Família, 2 min till närmsta t-bana och buss precis utanför mot stadskärnan eller Parc Güell. Bodde i ett rum ovanför entrén till hotellet så vi hörde entrédörren öppnas hela tiden, annars var rummet fräscht! Frukosten var inget speciellt, men det hade vi inte förväntat oss heller. Mycket trevlig personal som hjälper till! Kan rekommendera för så bra pris!
