Arrived and was given literally zero direction on getting into our cabin, expectations or process of needs for the week. First night we spent the evening at Boondockz and had a freaking blast with the locals. Drinks were great and there was plenty of things for the kids 12& over to do. The rest of the week we had a heck of a time catching anyone in the office for things needed. The cabin…. There is so much potential for this cabin but man the whole place needs some TLC. I loved the cabin but to hold 12 like the ad said is a joke. Not enough bed space, towels, seating in the living room and literally NOTHING for cooking in the tiny kitchen. We ended up spending around $50 at DG for things we needed just to make it the week. Would we stay here again, no, but it does have the potential to be a great fun place that could be very enjoyable by a bigger family like ours.

The resort is very nice. Our cabin’s upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night ( it was in the mid 90s on two days we were there); may require separate units for upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved the pools and fishing off the dock. We had an incident with teenagers who weren’t supposed to be at the pool. But management handled that. The restaurant/bar food was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful waterfront property with multiple recreational, swimming and fishing options. There was an issue with our room at no fault of the host however they graciously comped one night as a result. Great resort; would definitely come back!

Everything you need all right there, what more could you ask for! My family had a great time at the lake, the pool and hot tub was definitely a huge bonus for us. The band on saturday night was awesome as well as the food from the restaurant. Cabin was clean and made us all feel comfortable and gave us space to hang out as a family. Will definitely come back when we can! Thank you so much for our stay ❤️

The roads can use some work.

Has a very nice pool but needs a lot more maintenance and upkeep!

The property was not really worth what we paid for it. The front doors lock was so hard to use. The back door did not lock at all. The dishes were thrown back in the drawer dirty. The front desk was very friendly.

Extremely friendly staff that are attentive to any communicated requests/concerns/etc. Aged lakeside cabins and lodging in dire need of repairs and updates…….

Everything was good except the WIFI connection. We could not stay logged in to the resort WIFI

The resort is great. The staff is friendly and the “small town” type atmosphere lends to a great stay away. Our cabin was extremely clean and spacious! Would definitely come back!

It was an alright experience. Very off the grid so you won’t have the typical tourist things to do. Beach is VERY small and pool is used by a lot.

There were 13 of us staying at the location but not enough chairs to use the decks. Plus only one table table on each of the decks. The place wasn't vacuumed the best and the patio doors on upper deck didn't work properly. Plus there was a few other items like that. However... things are being worked on. The beds are comfortable and clean!! The bathrooms were clean! That's important. We will return!

We had an enjoyable stay in a spacious cabin with all the amenities.

This property was as genuine an experience at Lake of the Ozarks as it gets. It is remote and quiet with a restaurant, a pool, and very welcoming staff. There are cabins to suit the size of almost any family, a nice area to camp, and/or park an RV.
