Great hotel, breakfast and pool. In the middle of a big parking lot and shopping area.

EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Fairfield Orillia!! This hotel is SPOTLESS - I am a germaphobe - I felt TOTALLY safe here!! I said to Matthew at the checkout desk that there is not one thing they could possibly improve on!! Super lovely staff - shouts out to Matthew and to the lady who checked us in - both were sooooo friendly and made me feel that they valued our business. And to both Melody and Crystal in the Breakfast Room - both super sweet - they work sooooo hard - excellent food choices - spotlessly clean - these two women really start your day with a smile!! Housekeeping is excellent - every single detail in our room was perfection!! We really really appreciated everyone’s obvious efforts - made our stay just sooooo lovely!! This hotel is squeaky clean from lobby to pool to elevators to breakfast room to guest rooms - clear that this Fairfield Inn works as one big EXTREMELY WELL-FUNCTIONING TEAM - and we the guests are the beneficiaries!! Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more!

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and very clean. The buffet breakfast had both hot and cold foods. The hotel has a good vibe and the room was quiet.

We booked the room with the 2 Queen Beds and kitchenette. The room was spacious. Unfortunately, there were stains on the night table. Otherwise, the room was clean. The staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was above average, with more than enough to start our day. The coffee was very good, which was important to us. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

We are a family of 3 and stayed in their 2-queen room with a kitchenette. The room has a sink, a bar fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, mugs, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is no kettle. The sitting area has a sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable. There are extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed inside a tiny closet, but no extra blanket. The hotel amenities are very limited; no extra soap by the kitchenette sink, and no shower cap. The check-in process was very slow. Staff are friendly. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, with toasts, bagels, cereal bar, scrambled eggs, ham, Greek yogurt, and cook-your-own waffles. There are lots of seats in the breakfast area. All-day coffee and tea are available. The bathroom has a shower stall only, no bathtub. It was clean. Unfortunately, the night table was not cleaned properly. There were visible sticky spots on the table. I don't know how it could be missed. This made me look at everything suspiciously. The hotel is easy to access from Hwy 12, with several restaurants close by. I would stay here again if I were in the area. Our experience with this hotel was pleasant enough.

Wish that there was ventalation in the bathroom. That's my only recommendation. Everything else was amazing

The free breakfast was good Plenty of freshfruits. There was a staff person cleaning at all yimes while I was there having breakfast, wiping spills and puckingbup sfter guests.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They were very rude. I asked them for anything and they told me I had to do it myself. Even for a bottle of water or a tissue I asked for, they told me I had to go and get it from the lobby.
