The accommodation was fantastic. It had a wonderful atmosphere, was beautifully maintained, featured a lovely swimming pool, and was peacefully located with breathtaking views over the vineyards. The breakfast was truly excellent. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we would have loved to stay longer. Overall: 10 out of 10 – it hardly gets any better! Outstanding value for money!

Room was quaint. Amazing having a pool to refresh yourself after a long day of visiting in the heat. Excellent homemade breakfast. Pleasant and accommodating hosts. Hotel sign near the gate easy to miss. Must use the buzzer to have host let you in.

La vue vaux l’hôtel. C’est de loin la plus belle vue que j’ai vue de ma vie. Les déjeuners sont excellant et en grande quantité. Ils nous on tout fournis pour notre bébé de 7 mois. Endroit très convivial, intime et calme. Parfait pour des vacances de la grande ville. Routa était super gentille, ainsi que la femme de la dégustation de vin. Je recommandes vraiment cet endroit! Paisible et parfait !

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is convenient for winery hopping in the Douro Valley and the view into the valley is spectacular. It is very near a little town (Armamar) that had several delicious restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend their wine tasting with the cheese/charcuterie platter accompaniment - it was the perfect way to start our stay in the Douro when we checked in!

La piscine et la végétation rendent l’endroit magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant. Le déjeuner est délicieux. Je recommande!.

Um pouco distante se estiver sem carro. A 3 km tem a cidade de Armamar belíssima ; Estacionamento gratis Quarto amplo com refrigerador e ótimo WC; Visão privilegiada de um vale (não é o do Rio Douro). Falha só no primeiro dia porque acabou a água quente em pleno banho. Nos dias seguintes funcionou direitinho. Vale a pena se hospedar aqui.

Excellent rapport qualité prix avec service exceptionnel sur place. Sylvia et le reste de l’équipe étaient très avenant. La personne de la réception ce matin parlait même le français. Nous avons adoré notre court séjour dans cet établissement. Nous le recommandons fortement ! 😊

Überragender Service und ein überragendes Frühstück. Wir haben frische Eier, frischen Bacon und frisch geschnittenes Obst an den Tisch bekommen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön groß und super gemütlich und sauber. Wir können die Quintera zu 100 % weiterempfehlen

We loved our stay here! The hotel is updated and well maintained and staff are lovely. You can’t beat the views!

The views are lovely. The property has many fruit trees and of course grape vines. The drive to get there involves narrow hairpin turns with steep hills, so it is not for the anxious driver. Breakfast was excellent. The cabin we stayed in was not elegant but everything we needed was there except maybe for no kettle to boil water in without a trip to main building.

La piscine, la tranquillité et l ' amabilité

This was a lovely property. Orange trees were blooming, it overlooked the vineyard, and had beautiful outside and inside common areas. We had a wine tasting and charcuterie board, and Silvie our host was lovely and informative. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Tout le personnel fut d'une gentillesse à faire pâlir les grands hôtels. La chambre était grande, moderne et tres fonctionnelle. La propriété est immense et superbement entretenue. Le petit déjeuner ? Un délice sur toute la ligne avec un bon choix de pain, gâteaux, fromage, charcuteries et biens d'autres choses. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement.

Great place. Views are spectacular. Silvia and her staff were very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Set right on a vineyard amongst orange, olive and grape vines. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful area

This trip just keeps getting better and better! This is NOT a hotel. It is more a resort guest house. Complete luxury with a setting in the hill/mountains of the Douro valley that is right out of movie setting. Friendly helpful staff always eager to help. The room was luxurious, the included breakfast was just out of this world. Off season prices made this incredible place even better! The only reason I gave it 5 starts was because 6-7-8 were not available!

Le personnel (Sylvia) etait tres gentille et accueillante. Il fesait quand meme frais lors de notre sejour et la chambre etait humide (il n’y a pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain) et avons eu un peu de mal a faire monter la chaleur, mais au bout de qqes heures ca s’est placé. La vue est magnifique, hotel tres propre. Je recommande.

Beautiful property, very quiet location, a fantastic place to disconnect! Highly recommend doing the wine tasting - the Tributo was phenomenal! Amazing service from the team, especially Sylvia. Cannot recommend this place enough!
