The rooms/gounds appear nice, but the rock beds are full of weeds, cob webs all along the ceiling, terrible caulking job around shower and the heat pump/ac unit. Just sad thta new of facility, and so many things are done half assed.

The pool was down for repairs. We had looked forward to that but the rooms were spacious and clean.

Booked this hotel through expedia to attend the national archery tournament in louisville that my daughter was participating in. Arrived at the hotel, staff member on her phine and didnt even notice me standing right in front of her for several minutes until another guest in the lobby coughed and she looked up. Received my room keys and my family and I went upstairs to our room. Opened the door to find one king bed. I had reserved to queen beds as we have 4 family members. Went back downstairs to explain the problem to the staff. Was told they had overbooked the rooms and they didnt have any other rooms with 2 queen beds. Lady standing behind me also had the same issue happen to her. This was a big problem as there were close to 16,000 student shooting in this tournament and most hotels were full including this one. Expedia and Holoday- you have to fix this!! This was a very unpleasant and stressful situation you put multiple families into. Side note- while we didnt stay in the king soze room, it did smell like urine upon entry.

Very clean and close to a lot of shopping and eating

We stayed at the Holiday Inn as the halfway point while coming home from vacation. We were looking forward to a restful night after driving 11 hours and unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel has quiet hours from 10-7 however these were not adhered to nor was anyone enforcing them. We were kept up all night by loud people in the hallways shouting, running up and down the hall and playing music. It was not a restful night. On top of that, the “suites” were adjoining rooms so we could hear everything in the room next to ours. The blow dryer was extremely loud from next door early in the morning and it sounded like it was in the same room as ours. We could hear EVERYTHING in the bathroom next door. Additionally the phone in our room did not work and was filthy and sticky. The refrigerator did not stay cold and had no adjustments. We ended up having to throw out food that we kept in the fridge because we feared it was spoiled after not being kept cold enough all night. The shade in the room was broken and stuck at an angle and we could not pull it down. The room only had two towels (for 5 people) and I had to go and search for more. We used the pull out sofa and no linens or pillows were provided so I had to go down again to get them from the front desk. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers had anything in them. Our bed had crumbs on the sheets that were not from us. Breakfast was fine, staff was pleasant enough but overall the hotel needs improvements. Will not return.

This hotel was particularly clean both in the room and the hallways. Breakfast was not only varied and good but still available at 10:00! Very friendly staff, especially the lady in the breakfast room. Would definitely stay here again! Convenient location to eateries and the interstate.

Great place for a family to stay. Up-to-date, clean, and very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Sunday's coffee was hot and tasty.

Good location. Breakfast was really good and the “attendant lady” was super nice and kept it very tidy, stocked and clean.

Teresa who checked us in at the front desk was fantastic!! She helped us with so much letting us know when breakfast is served and where the pool was at. Best breakfast! The person in the morning who was in charge of the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job. She was so cheerful and thanked everyone for being their guests. Beds are very comfortable. It has been a long time since I have been at such a great hotel. Thank you so much!

The staff was awesome and very accommodating.

If your looking for rude and unprofessional receptionist and manager, this is the place for you. If things change and you need to cancel they say free of charge what they mean is they will keep your money and not give you a refund if you don't stay. Terrible customer service and poor ethical business they run. Also the toilets run maybe thats why they feel the need to steal peoples money. They were rude to an older couple as I was waiting in line to be helped. Should have known.

The lovely lady who helped me with check in was so kind and efficient. Everything is clean.

I would’ve easily given a five star had I not had a slow check in experience. The gal was very friendly, but inexperienced, and it took me 30 minutes to get checked in. Had to wait for the manager to show up to get an issue resolved. Otherwise, I love the location and the room. There were several restaurants and name brand stores right across the street and it was very convenient. I recommend this location compared to other locations in the nearby area. There was a full indoor shopping mall only about 2 miles away as well

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean. Close to eateries. It felt like a very safe area.
