未达5星级水平，客房硬件还可以。服务一般，早上走廊清洁人员说话太大声。健身室就只有三星水平，无论吹风机和润肤露完全不打水平，清洁人员也不理会客人。

待客服務一流，整體舒服和乾淨，最好的地方是浴室同廁所分開。另外酒店附近都好多商場及美食，方便旅遊。

We got upgrade for one suit room. No compliant at all. But wanna share the Chinese restaurant at 6floor is awesome! Food is very delicious and service is fantastic with private room. We will back again

優點: 房間很大很舒適，浴室有地暖，附近多個購物商場，離地鐵站很近 缺點: 廁所一打開時有點味道，早餐人多時要排隊入座，早餐選擇不少但味道讓人有點失望

A very good hotel and is located close to a few shopping malls. It's just within 15 mins drive from here to Chimelong parks.

酒店新、乾淨！職員大部分有禮貌、友善而且願意提供幫忙！比較失望是自助餐款式少，味道也一般，餐廳職員看到小孩子也不會主動提供小朋友餐具和坐椅，需要加強。

Very nice place. However, it is located about 30 mins from downtown and far outskirts. There is nothing very interesting near the area. Very near to the Guangdongnan station though

주강과 광저우타워도 다 보이는 트인 뷰가 정말 예뻤어요 조식 에그타르트 갓 구워서 테이블당 나눠주셨는데 진짜 너무 맛있음!! 바로 뒤에 편의점, 주변에 쇼핑몰들도 많고 푸드거리가 있어서 밤에 돌아다니기 좋았어요~ 다만 욕조가 깨끗하게 청소가 되어 있지 않아 따로 청소해서 사용했고 세인트백이 벌어지지 않아 사용하기가 좀 어려웠어요 디파짓 비용을 많이 받고 환불까지는 시간이 오래걸린다 하는데 그 외의 것들이 너무 마음에 들어서 다음 출장때도 이용할 것 같아요!

I didn't like the fact we were given Handicap rooms and had to change rooms the following day. Waste of time. As 2 businessmen who have already booked the accommodation it should not be difficult to check into a the correct room type. Plus the coffee selection in a hotel like the Sheraton is not up to standard.
