連住三晚，客房格局好又大 雖然離城崎溫泉小鎮需要日幣1600-1800的計程車車資，但仍然是個好選擇。 唯獨大浴場比預期小型、按摩椅也是投幣式的，就這2點有點失望。

素泊まりにしては、とてもよい。次回は、食事付きで利用します。

Bien pour une nuit. Impératif avoir une voiture. Éloigné de tout. Hôtel propre mais aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, cependant prix très raisonnable. Parking. Personnel souriant et professionnel.

The property was well maintained and clean. All mentioned facilities in the property were well maintained. The team was very helpful and always did their best to help us. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Wonderfull service

ホテルからの送迎はチェックインとチェックアウト時の一回ずつのみ。 それ以外は各自でタクシーを呼ぶ必要があります。 七湯巡りのメインエリアへは車で片道10〜15分（タクシー料金は¥1500ほど） 静かにのんびり過ごすならとてもコスパの良いお宿です。

Really great hotel outside of the of the hubbub. Spa is basic but wonderful not crowded. The surrounding area is full of nature and boats. It’s quiet and it’s peaceful. Our room was a traditional room with the tatami mats. It had a kettle and little sweet treats. Overall it was great. Would stay there again even though it’s on the other side of the river. We came by bike and we could park our bikes no problem.

公共交通機関が近くにないため、温泉街には自家用車またはタクシーで行くしかなく、お酒を我慢するか高いタクシー代を払うしかない。 マイクロバスを近隣の施設と共同で良いので出した方が便利です。 もっとお客様目線で考えて欲しい。

This hotel is a ways from the Kinosaki onsen,definitely not walking distance. The road is narrow. The people at the hotel were delightful and helpful. It was a nice walk to the beach from the hotel.

城崎温泉からのアクセスは悪いが、スタッフの対応がとても良く、部屋も広くて綺麗だった。

城崎温泉のつもりで来てはいけない。

駅からはかなり離れていますが、電話する時送迎をしてもらえます。部屋も広く、お風呂や食事も良かったです。スタッフもとても親切でした。

綺麗で広い部屋だったが、城崎温泉駅から送迎orタクシーが必須で、少々不便。立地的にもう少しお値段が安いと嬉しい。

料理がしょっぱかった

施設は古いですが、対応でカバーされてます。 朝食後コーヒーサービスもありました。 出発時には、スタッフさんが、お見送りいただき感激しました。

施設の案内や規則等を丁寧に説明して頂いたりなど、サービスが充実していて良かったです！

写真のような部屋ではなかったが、フロント対応がよく、気持ち良かったです。 コロナ禍で、おそらく僕たちしか宿泊客がいませんでしたが、経った人組のために大浴場を沸かしてくれているのには感激を受け真下。
