I did wrong order. I need for a whole day, this room just give me 5 hours. And this order can't be cancelled. So, I make another order. How poor I am.

Ini hanya 5jam dan belum sempet ud check out.

The hotel was so near with transportation, very clean and so comfortable.

Kebijakan yang aneh masa hotel cuman 5 jam! Sedangkan di aplikasii di kategorikan hotel bisa menginap semalaman. Tertera cek in check out nya dengan hari yang berbeda. Dan jelas tertera ada spesial request jam cek in dan chekout nya. Kasian sekali adikku semalam harus bayar lagi karena bookingan kamar yang sudah d bayar kadaluarsa dan uangnya tidak bisa d refund. Bawa budget secukupnya jadi harus double bayar posisi sudah larut malam tidak ada pilihan lain untuk bermalam di tempat lain. Dia datang ke singapore bukan untuk holiday tapi untuk tanding renang. Hati-hati yang mau bermalam di hotel ini di cross cek lagi.

Tempat mesum guys, bukan hotel buat Nginep sehari.

Buat pengunjung yang sedang mencari hotel untuk menginap harian jangan di hotel ini. Hotel ini disewa hanya hitungan jam saja bukan seharian. Mohon untuk teliti ya guys!

Hotel bersih, dan dekat dengan mrt.

The stay is only 5 hours but when you choose booking you can choose the next day with the same price, tricky.

I give very bad because this hotel is a transit hotel room but in apps this hotel and room categorize as one night stay hotel and able to check out 1 night with discount promotion. Hotel side ask me to top up the room SGD70 to convert it as full night room. Fortunately its able to reimburse for me. But I am not tolerate this hotel incapable in inline platform management. This is cheating in business through online platform. I give very bad review as n warning.

I tried to call the Hotel no pick up and I came there late already booked 1-2 weeks before and paid. And they said already expired. And I loss my money for nothing!

Saya sangat kecewa pelayanan tidak ramah dan sangat di persulit untuk cek in. Dari sekian banyak hotel ini yang paling mengecewakan.

If you intend to stay overnight, I would suggest booking a separate session specifically designated for overnight accommodations. Furthermore, it is important to be aware that once this booking is made, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, please exercise caution when making your reservation. While the customer service team and Traveloka team were helpful, they were unable to resolve the issue with my booking. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that the website will consider including a dedicated section for hotels offering hourly sessions in their listings. Thank you.

Lưu ý khi đặt khách sạn này, nó chỉ cho sử dụng trong ngày. Chỉ sử dụng 5 tiếng nên mọi người chú ý nhé

Can not be refunded, I got wrong booking, I thought it was for whole day, but in fact it just for 5 hours, that 's why I'm not staying at your hotel, I didn't noticed while I'm booking it. Maybe it 's my fault, but come on, who wanna book hotel for 5 hours …?

Good location good to stay, conveniently to food stall to eat.
