一切都很棒，只有两点不足：床垫有点硬，床单有点不舒服；另外，房间隔音效果不够好。

房间宽敞干净，非常值得入住，下次肯定还会选择这里。

我以前从未给过差评，但这次入住时酒店员工的不尊重让我很不舒服。他们的态度简直糟透了。房间里蚊子满天飞，还有死蟑螂。我强烈推荐入住这里。

Area check-in-nya kurang berkelas, tapi dari segi hotel ok untuk keluarga. Bersih dan luas. Untuk kolam renangnya hanya untuk dewasa, khusus anak-anak tidak ada, tapi semuanya ok. Pasti mau menginap lagi next-nya. Thank you ya.

Suite Khayangan. The unit is surprisingly spacious for such an affordable price, it has a mini pantry, dining table, living room, and the room is very spacious too. If you bring over a group or a family, this unit could accommodate 5 people. The place smells good and is also clean. The location is also strategic in Sanur, it's so close to many cafes, restaurants, and it's a walkable distance to the Icon Mall Sanur. For this price, it was really worth the stay.

Bagus, bersih, dan menyenangkan, dibandingkan dengan tarifnya asli sangat luar biasa puas.

Kamar hotel luas dan bersih, kolam renang nyaman, parkiran ada biarpun enggak luas, dekat dengan Icon Mall.

In the evening, 3 hours before the flight schedule, the Citilink airlines to Bali was canceled due to the volcano dust in the Bali airport. I'm sure this hotel had a great location and services. But I was a no-show and no cancellation because the airlines closed in the evening (4 pm).
