所有员工都非常棒。我没有Type-C充电器，他们主动提供了一个有线充电器。我特别高兴，因为这样我就不用另外购买充电器了。当我用力关门时，那位沙巴女孩主动提出帮我开门，而且没有收取任何费用。客房服务人员动作麻利，态度也很好。当我需要一瓶水时，他毫不犹豫地递给了我。他们给予我的这种家庭般的关怀让我非常感动，作为一个初来吉隆坡的独行侠，这种感觉让我倍感宾至如归。

有些灯坏了。我打电话给前台，希望派人来检查维修，但一直没有人来。 住了两晚，但第二天房间没有客房服务。 隔壁房间和走廊飘来浓重的烟味，但管理人员没有采取任何行动。

适合预算有限、短期住宿的人士

Room condition was as per advertised. Clean and comfortable.

Overprice for budget hotel. This hotel use self check in. Guest need to use the kiosk at the lobby for the check in. The kiosk system is unstable. Its stuck after entering booking number. Need to wait hotel staff for 30min. I got my room after 1 hour waiting. My suggestion hotel management should standby their staff at hotel lobby to assist guest incase if their having problem with self check in kiosk system.
