Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location

The room had an old and musty smell, it needs to be aired out. It just has this old feeling and was a lil dusty too. Staffs were nice and pleasant. Location was great!

Great Hotel, good service, lobby with free snacks and coffee

This is my favorite part of the square and this is the best value hotel I’ve seen. Clean, new, quiet and comfortable. AC gets ice cold and the water pressure and heat is great. Bed is plush and comfy with quality linens which is usually where other value hotels fall apart. The room safe and fridge are top tier. Nice lobby and lounge and the staff understood me perfectly fine. Liked it so much I extended my stay. I couldn’t want anything else for the price. A

Lovely hotel! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and in a good location. The cafe is a great touch too and does amazing coffee! Would certainly recommend.

I stayed in a room on the second floor facing the main street. The noise from cars and motorcycles on the main street came into the room. I went to bed with earplugs but couldn't sleep. This hotel is very good except for the noise. Please take measures to reduce noise.

Excelente. Hotel limpo, bem localizado, oferece um café simples, mas o hóspede tem de cortesia até as 15h água, cha, biscoitos e a noite oferece água quente para quem quiser preparar seus noodles. Excelente opção para quem quiser economizar.

Nice little hotel in a super convenient location. Rooms are on the small side, but clean and efficient.

Very special place and people

Fantastic little boutique hotel near the north gate Chiang mai. Room was small but comfortable and very well presented. Free water and tea and coffee from the cafe in the reception. 100% would stay again!
