Nice stay for the price. We managed to find free parking for all 3 nights we stayed in. It is also close to bus station. Great service at reception. The only thing is cleaniness can be better. An underwear was found in the washing machine.

Stayed for 5 nights, staff are all friendly, excellent room equipment, close to supermarket. The room design feels really great, but relatively wear and tear in kitchen equipments, and the washing machine is broken at my last night

Very nice serviced apartment. Will be perfect should there are sufficient parking lots.

With in the room washing , drying machine is the biggest plus for a long trip in NZ. Room with good view of Remarkables and it is new and clean. Bed is quite comfort that is not too soft or hard. Location is about 15 mins driving from the pier of Queenstown. Around the hotel you can walk to outdoor shopping centre with shops and restaurants if you don't want to go to city centre. It si the best choice of hotel if you have a car.

平安夜深夜到達，reception仍留在酒店幫忙check in，提醒明日聖誕節沒有餐廳、超市營業！這不是24小時check in counter，所以如果遲過20:00才到達酒店，請提早通知酒店。

Nice place with comfortable and clean room

Room was good and clean in a modern building however two issues: 1. The a/c despite being turned off, kept making noises all night: 2. Being told ‘oh well’, I would have to pay for parking in the lot next door as the car park was full is a bit rich for the location not being in a centre and that spaces under the building were reserved for owners yet free

Nice and modern hotel. Inconvenient things to me were insufficient parking and had to pay for parking at neighboring lot, no front desk staff after 9pm and no breakfast included for a pricey hotel. A big plus was that room had washer and dryer.

Hotel lobby staff she was very friendly and delightful. She suggested a lovely place to eat that we enjoyed. A washer/dryer was A big benefit.

The room itself was great lovely bed and linen . The huge beam across window was horrible

The room was perfectly functional and had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We had a view of the next door apartment but that wasn’t a problem as we checked out by 5am. Front desk staff answered our questions (we’d read there was a restaurant there - there isn’t) and booked us a taxi for our early flight.

The room was spotless and the suff was excellent

Nice rooms. Quiet. Only drawback is lack of coffee shop/dining on site.

Well located place to stay when you don’t want to stay in Queenstown. Much prefer this than staying in a the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
