clean rooms, friendly staff, a little bit of a walk to the wharf and downtown (up the hill from the water). Have to cross some sketchy areas between the hotel and the water.

Staff were excellent. Linen/ room servicing was only provided every 3 days. We didn't know that until we checked out. Bathroom needs towel bars. The restaurant had a 15 to 20 minute wait in the morning. Understandable as the hotel was full Overall we were comfortable.

No free breakfast. Get your wallet with you when you go for breakfast downstairs.

Had an excellent stay here while visiting family. Walking distance to the downtown core where theres restaurants and some local pubs. It was nice and quiet in my room.

It was a really great place and a good location, I wish we had our room tided up while we were gone but it be different for some hotels.

Great stay - simple, clean, new.

The facility and Staff were nice to deal with. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall a nice hotel in a okay area. The only condition I was concerned with was the parking. It’s a gated underground area, but there are only so many spots available. First come first serve. For breakfast, you have to go into the cute cafe onsite. Food isn’t bad and the servers are great.

Tidy and well maintained, however they used a 2X6 to jam a fire exit in the garage closed. NOT SAFE, NOT LEGAL.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel seems brand new. It’s an economy hotel so definitely nothing fancy, but all clean and new. We drove our Tesla, but the hotel’s one EV Charger was OUT OF SERVICE, so didn’t help us much. But it’s a very a short walk (downhill) to the center of Nanaimo and the waterfront. So the great location and reasonable price were really the highlights.
