客戶尚算整潔，職員很友善。酒店外牆裝修中，但沒有噪音。但從酒店的停車場進入酒店是沒有電梯，需要拎行李行樓梯到接待處。注意酒店的電梯同一時間只限2人進入使用。

整個酒店外牆被鐵架包圍着，嚴重影響海景房景觀，跟購買時相片不同，感覺受騙！！！酒店地板木造，走廊地板傾斜，房內每走一步都會發出吱吱聲，嚴重影響睡眠質素！！！ 洗手間和照片一樣狹窄，設施簡陋，使用不方便！

Great location and evening entertainment, though the hotel is in need of updates. We enjoyed our stay at the Marine Hotel thanks to its fantastic prime location and the great evening entertainment provided. The hotel exterior is currently undergoing scaffolding work, and while our room was very dated and could use a modern refresh, the staff were friendly and the overall experience was pleasant for a getaway in Llandudno.

Always book a Sea view Room the superiors are well worth it. One of the best hotels. Polite helpful professional staff they are a credit to the hotel.

Booked this stay for my parents for my Dad’s 70th birthday and booked a superior sea view room which was pretty expensive for the location. Unfortunately they came back describing it as Fawlty Towers due to the number of issues and incompetence of the staff. The hotel was covered in scaffolding so the sea view was severely restricted, especially with filthy windows. The room also looked nothing like the website. The lift was out of order and no assistance was offered with bags. My parents saw older people really struggling with no one to help. The swimming pool was also out of service. Overall it is really run down and there are much better options available.

Room was clean nice sea view apart from some scaffolding which we weren’t made aware of on booking but got a bar credit to compensate. Buffet breakfast spot on, would go again when prices are lower.

Lovely room with bay window and sea view . The hotel is clean although a little tired but ideal location . En suite was very small had to reverse in to sit on toilet but otherwise all ok

Stayed 2 nights, comfy bed had everything we needed, had a kettle, tea/coffee station, hotel was being refurbished ie scaffolding on the outside of building that didn't effect our sea views, hotel very friendly & helpful i would go again for a budget friendly atmosphere also what I liked the most was the swimming pool I had the whole pool to ourselves at our stay 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 o

I stayed for to nights staff really helpful x polite,if rest of hotel looks like dining room when renovated will be amazing. Breakfast was best I've had,wondered what was coming to with scaffolding round but work needs doing so good luck, will come back again

Without doubt one of the dirtiest tiny room I've stayed in and I work all over the country so stay in plenty.stains on the walls and carpets and dirty toilet.id booked 2 rooms and my sons was ok but when I mentioned my room wasn't very good was told by a member of staff to swap rooms with my son which wouldn't have been fair on him.come to Llandudno 3 or 4 times a year but never again in this hotel
