Clean and walkable to downtown and PSU

Location was convenient to local restaurants and bars.

Convenient location with lots of walkable options for food and fun. Very updated rooms with lots of amenities including a kitchen.

Clean, comfortable. Very convenient to Penn St., but not on the noisiest, busiest strip.

Great place. I love staying there.

The hotel has no power when I got there they sent me to the super 8 motel and made me pay the same rate for their hotel.when I was looking at hotels super 8 came up as 77 a night so I basically paid double to get sent from a hotel to a motel. I paid what I paid because I wanted somewhere very nice not a motel. But the staff were excellent and very helpful at the tapestry hotel they didn't even offer to give me any of my money back for going to a cheaper motel.

The hotel is located in a great part of town. It is walkable, with restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciate that they did not have the tiny toiletries and not taking towels away after one use.

Great location!

This was a great stay. It was definitely busy, we stayed on St. Patricks day so there was the obvious night life happening. It has a big city feel but clean and safe to walk. Only complaint, which wasnt that bad, you have no control of the air or heat, it is controlled the same for everyone. We were comfortable however, so it was only a minor note. Would stay here again.

I had this booked since November 2024. I arrive at the property, and I am greeted at the front desk with the staff telling me that my room is not available due to maintenance issues. I was never contacted in advance about these "issues." They re-booked me at another property that was twice as far away from where I needed. The only compensation offered was two free drinks at the hotel I wasn't even staying at; why would I use those if I was not staying there. Someone needs to educate them about hospitality services!

It would have been easier if a compact refrigerator would have been available in our room to handle perishables such as milk for children. Otherwise no complaints. Very nice clean hotel.
