Hotel staff were incredibly amazing and helpful at all times. Very comfortable beds and decent room space.

Loved the hotel. Very clean and pretty.

The property is clean and well maintained. However, the room was extremely small. I didn't even have enough space to open my luggage on the floor.

Friendly and helpful. I did get some bum directions for the subway but it worked out alright.

Room was a little small

The location of this property is perfectly positioned in mid town and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is a bit older and the rooms are tight, however given we were only there to sleep it was absolutely fine. The staff were so kind and friendly.

Excellent hospitality service

Great place to stay with teenagers for their first visit to NYC. It was clean and close to everything.

The room was cramped but nicely appointed and had everything we needed.

The room was on the street side, but was very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Close to subway and bus routes. There could have been shelving in the bathroom for makeup etc.

Pictures of the best angle possible for marketing purposes but overall after booking upon arrival have a card with 150.00 to be put on hold for 5 to 7 business after checking out. Staff lovely and helpful

Very near to empire state, 12-15 mins walk to time square. Clean

The rooms are pretty small, but is NYC. Check in was fast and easy and the room was extremely clean.

Great place to stay, convenient to plenty of things to do, staff was great, friendly and helpful. We had a suite which accommodated us, a family of four just fine.

It seemed like the location was a plus on the map but it's not as close to train stations as you might want. 15 mins walks to the hotel. Considering how much you walk in NYC it's not great being so far from a station. Close to Bryant Park which is cool but is it? You have to request housekeeping, not terrible, there's no closet space, the fridge doesn't work. The bed is comfy but the sheets are hot. The air-condition isn't great. The staff is friendly enough. And nonthalant enough.
