Det var desværre ikke en god oplevelse og hotellet levede på ingen måder op til de 4 stjerner. Værelset var mindre end oplyst og flere ting fulgte ikke med som oplyst. Rummet skulle være lydisoleret, men lydisoleringen bestod i at der lå hørepropper på værelset. Det var dog forsat vanskeligt at sove selv med dem i. På anden natten larmede og blinkede el sikringsskabet på værelset, så min datter og hustru blev meget bange. Næste morgen lovede de at lave det og om eftermiddagen spurgte jeg til det. Det var nu fikset sagde de, men det var ikke tilfældet og de så en videooptagelse af det optaget om eftermiddagen. Vi blev derfor nedgraderet til et andet værelse uden beklagelse eller kompensation. Dette var blot nogle af tingene, men listen er desværre lang. Vi kan ikke anbefale hotellet og syntes på ingen måde, at denne vurdering er urimelig.

The location and cleanliness were very good. The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was very fast. Thank you.

The location and the service were superb. The location was the best to reach. However, the noise around the hotel was terrible. I could not sleep until 3:00 in the morning because the noise was continuous bombardment all night long! It was a terrible experience and my first impression about Athens was so negative. I do not think I will come back to Athens. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooftop view was good. My room was the wrong one on the first floor without view but with terrible noise which vibrate whole room all night! I asked them to switch the room from the first day. They were able to switch the room at the last one night which was the room I supposed to be in from the first place.

Nice, clean boutique hotel with large rooms, a little noisy at night. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is average and needs more variety like fresh fruits and more hot items

I have very comfortable stay at Royalty hotel.. staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Specially Maria, she had lot of knowledge about historical surroundings

Very convenient to a majority of tourist sites. Nice hotel rooftop bar. Excellent coffee and pastry next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value in a safe area.

Hotel didn’t have power. All the places around did. Hotel didn’t seem to care. We had to hand carry our luggage up 4 floors, no AC, no lights.

Hotel was clean and well appointed staff were very good on downside room was not well soundproof so very noisy and breakfast was disappointing

Location is great and bed was comfy. There are 2 lifts one was out of service the whole 10 nights we stayed. The other has a limit of 2 people and kept needing to be reset when additional people enter the lift. Prepare for cold showers, reception advised us there is an issue in the street apparently.

Great location, super close walk to acropolis, shopping, restaurants. Very clean and modern. Room balcony is great!

The breakfast was poor, the hot plates that stored the hot food did not work, not much choice with fresh bread cobs etc, no milk near the cereals and cereal tasted stale, staff were friendly but the breakfast was very poor.

I loved the staff. He was super friendly and the air conditioning was amazing! Weird that the shower didn't have a door that closed but everything else was lovely.

Great hotel, modern , clean , staff was great , but they had no hot water the two days we were there. Also, breakfast after 9:15 am was disappointing. They ran out of eggs , croissants and bacon and never refilled the trays even though breakfast lasted until 10:30. Good but needs improvement.

Satff are friendly. Room contemporary in an old building. Very nicely decorated. Includes delicious breakfast.

To begin the property itself was superior. The details and overall cleanliness made it very pleasant. The rooftop bar and lounge was superb! The staff were the best! Katia at the front desk was great as was the young lady on the rooftop bar (Joy?) Location is excellent. The suite was excellent too. Loved the whole property and experience. Will stay here and nowhere else when in Athens next.

Great hotel, centrally located, walking to everything, the beds were amazing, very comfortable, and the shower was awesome, BEST in Greece!
