The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great as I walked to Shinjuku just 15 minutes.

Clean and tidy room, nice and helpful staff

Nice place for solo trip, just 1 things is that there is no escalator. However, the staff was very nice to help me carry the luggage upstairs. Quit near to the JR Station.

雖然地方比較細，大喼打開咗就行唔到！多行李就唔啱，地點方便，又整潔。本想馬上預訂明年三月，全滿了！可惜

非常近JR 站，步行約數分鐘即達。往返成田機場也很方便，價格優惠。

We forgot something in the room and the gentleman chased after us to ensure we got it. 100/10

部屋は綺麗でコーヒーとかが飲み放題でよかった。ちょっとしたお菓子も他にない形でよかった。チェックインの時から、ボールペンを借りた時などもスタッフの方は丁寧な対応で好感が持てた。

息子が受験のため宿泊させていただきました 初めてひとりでの宿泊 親としてはドキドキで心配で ヒヤヒヤでしたが 息子に聞いてみると お部屋もキレイだったし チョコもらった☺️とLINEがきました また今週2泊でお世話になります 今回は本命の受験なので どうぞよろしくお願い致します🍒

とても清潔感のある宿でした。 エレベーターはないので、大きい荷物だと階段は大変かと⋯チェクインの際は荷物をお部屋まで運んで頂けました。 泊まった部屋は窓側だった為、電車等々の外の音は気になるかもしれません。

The hotel’s location near the train station and Shinjuku is very convenient, and on top of that, the place is lovely with very helpful staff. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Kæmpe ros til dem! Grunden til den lidt lunke anmeldelse skyldes dårlig lydisolering af værelset, hvilket gjorde det nødvendigt at sove med ørepropper (som hotellet dog også stiller til rådighed)

部屋は落ち着いており清潔だった。線路が近いのでしょうがないが音が少し気になった。

Personal amable, aunque con dificultades de comunicación (pese al moderno sistema electrónico de traducción). Algo ruidoso y habitación muy pequeña (aunque al estilo habitual en Tokio). Interesante localización en la vibrante Korea Town

Everything is really close by and all sites are available from the train station. I would stay here again! The hotel is super efficent, yuu have eveything you need!

Room was fabulous for a 1 person in Tokyo. Small, but was good for the money
