Everything was nice and new and clean, and the staff was very nice. The hotel is right on I-4, so it’s pretty loud if you’re on the west side of the building.

I had such a good stay at this hotel. We stayed from 01/28/26-01/30/26. The hotel was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the whole room was so clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was good, the gentleman who works at breakfast was very nice and kept the area clean. At front desk Doreen and Pi were so personable and friendly. Really made the experience here better. The housekeeper who took care of room 325 she is blonde Spanish speaking was also very helpful and was super super nice! They also have laundry facility if needed, gym, and pool. To be honest, I mistakenly booked this place assuming it was close to Universal, but then when I noticed it was about 30 miles 30 minutes to Universal, but I’m so glad I stayed there. I did not mind driving an extra 30 minutes to go back because it was so comfortable.

Nice hotel over all, no housekeeping service after a certain hour, unsuall because hotels usually have turn down service and upon request they will change the bedding. We were getting ready when the housekeeping personel came early in the morning and by the time we left we requested our room be cleaned and we were told no housekeeping..the only thing that was odd. Being ive stayed in many hotels and they have no issues with this accommodation. Sometimes your still resting from the night before, and arent going to wake up at 10 or so for housekeeping, over all the check in /check out was fast, the elevators have a safety feature that you need a key to go up to the designated floor. Breakfast was....um..well not a regular buffet where you just get the food options, more like you have the ingredients and tools to make yourself. Lol. Air condition worked very well.

Firm beds, clean room, easy check in, great location

Very nice clean and updated hotel! Breakfast buffet was very good! Only complaint was that there was no shuttle available to the airport. A shuttle would have made our stay perfect!

Have atayed here several times, staff courteous at all hours. Property clean inside and out. Laundry area good ,pool clean. Rooms and furnishings in great shape. Houskeeping very helpful. Lobby comfortable when we met parties for outings. Lots of good restaurants very close.

The room was not fully clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The the desk chair was very filthy. And staff was not friendly.
