Courteous, friendly staff. Good location.

check in process went smoothly, clean room, rooftop bar pleasant. the breakfast was a challenge. the eating space small and certainly not enough staff including wait- personnel and in the kitchen. one morning I waited over an hour to order then receive the meal. several guests were so frustrated they walked out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was very clean, and the accommodations were excellent. Our room was spacious, the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. The pool area was relaxing and a great place to unwind, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was phenomenal. Super welcoming. Offered advice on things to do. Chatted upon entry and exit.

The pool and roof top bar area. Breakfast a welcome drink each day included. Staff very accommodating about rooms and upgrades of available. I had worried that the central location would be noisy but it was not. The only recommendation would be to ditch the super loud techno awful music at happy hour by the pool. Aside from that it was terrific

We had a wonderful stay at Sayulinda! The staff was very friendly and always had answers for our questions. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This is such a stunning spot! Beautifully maintained and the staff is so nice. I would certainly recommend staying here. Trendy, close to all amenities and you will be treated amazingly. From Toronto and will book back when we can!

Staff was very attentive; room was beyond expectations and the pool area was superb.

It was great, the first night was very loud with restaurant across street blasting music until 3:30 am. Pedro the very handsome GM moved us to another room the next day and it was perfect, the cute hotel is in the best location, best rooftop pool and great staff, rooms are tasteful clean and comfy

Great vibe great place! Located in center of Downtown, easy an access to beach and shopping. The place to stay in Sayulita! Love it!

Great spot! The suite has a beautiful view and the staff was amazing (especially the guys at the front desk) The only thing that was negative was how loud it was at night. The parties outside went until 2am during the week so if you are looking to relax be aware that it’s extremely loud, however the location is fabulous so that’s the trade off. I would stay again!
