Chambre insalubre

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido, en general, decepcionante, no tanto por las instalaciones como por la falta de atención y servicio. Días antes de la llegada recibí un mensaje en alemán a través de la plataforma de reserva ofreciéndome desayuno. Respondí indicando que me interesaba para uno de los días, pero nunca obtuve respuesta. A mi llegada, no había nadie para recibirme. Aunque indicaban que habría atención a partir de las 16:00, llegué un poco antes y no encontré a nadie. Tuve que llamar varias veces por teléfono para que me indicaran cómo acceder, ya que las llaves estaban en un buzón común sin ningún tipo de control. Afortunadamente, otro huésped me ayudó en ese momento. Al día siguiente, al ducharme, comprobé que no había secador en la habitación. Llamé para solicitar uno y me indicaron que hasta las 16:00 no podían ayudarme porque no había personal. La única alternativa que me ofrecieron fue llamar a otra habitación para pedirlo a otro cliente, algo que considero poco adecuado. Finalmente, tuve que comprar yo misma un secador. Por último, el día de salida recibí otro mensaje en alemán indicándome la hora de check-out y que dejara las llaves en el mismo buzón. En resumen, creo que hay una falta importante de atención al cliente y de comunicación, además de detalles básicos que deberían estar cubiertos o gestionarse de forma más profesional.

Leider war das Frühstück 500Meter entfernt der Unterkunft, wenn es dann da gewesen wäre. leider an keinem Tag jemand vor Ort.

Checkin: kein Personal vor Ort, die hinterlegte Telefonnummer ist nur Sperlich erreichbar. Zimmer belegt, ersatz Zimmer verdreckt und zweites Ersatz Zimmer in einem Mietshaus wo man nicht reinkommt wenn Haustür von Mietern verschlossen wird.

Das Zimmer war perfekt , Alles sehr sauber, und im innenbereich sehr angenem lieblich eingerichtet , auch sehr sauber , das Personal absolut freundlich Tip top nur zu empfehlen

Not recommended. But is a place to sleep.

Für eine Nacht war es okay, der Bahnhof ist gleich nebenan und man hört die Züge vorbei fahren. Rezeption war nicht besetzt aber es hat telefonisch gut funktioniert. Man sollte hier keinen Luxus erwarten

Havde booket en suite med søudsigt. Fik anvist en lejlighed i en baggård. Lejligheden var kun halv så stor, og var overhovedet ikke rengjort eller ryddet op efter de tidligere lejere. Efter en kort debat fik vi den lejlighed type vi havde booket, men var slet ikke indrettet som på billederne. Efter vi var gået i seng kommer et engelsk ægtepar ind i lejligheden. Der var åbenbart blevet byttet rundt på nøglerne. Den store lejlighed var rummelig og ren men meget spartansk indrettet, og slet ikke som på billederne

The apartments is very good and cosy it was very clean and comfortable, the only But is the entrance to the apartment it is at the back the stairs very old and not convenient and we felt a a little apprehensive because there was a table on the back road and people smoking and drinking and talking loudly. Apart from that everything else was very good.

We booked to stay with House of Harmony in the Standard Studio Suite. The pictures of this suite are quite nice on the booking websites but this is not at all accurate to what we actually stayed in. We were placed in a completely different apartment that appeared to not have been cleaned (garbage lying around, dirty floors, old food in the fridge, etc.). Regardless, the stay was satisfactory for the price and we enjoyed Stafa - we were just slightly frustrated by how misleading the photos on the booking websites were.

Esternamente struttura molto vecchia e trascurata, ceck in poco pratico e fatto al telefono perché nella struttura non era presente nessuno nonostante fossimo arrivati entro l'orario indicato.

This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards

A comfortable stay in a good area, right by the station and 25 minutes into Zurich. Breakfast available if needed but there is a local cafe and supermarket. We were in a 2 bed studio which could have benefited from a shower curtain and a lamp in main bedroom, minor things but would make a difference. Also 2 sets of steep stairs to take suitaces up so worth checking if this would be an issue for you.

The reason I am giving this 4 stars (when normally it would have been 3) is because we booked it for the price, knowing to set our expectations reasonably low. Indeed, it was a good amount of space for the price. However - staff were incredibly rude, check-in was tricky, and the navigating the nearby train station was difficult because there were no elevators. People actually live within the same building, so you need to realize that you are a tourist within their actual housing. I would not book this again, but I feel that for groups needing more beds, the value is still good compared to other nearby options.

Our host was very nice. We added breakfast to our stay. Excellent breakfast. Clean room.

Fördelar; Lägenheten vi bodde funkade bra för oss! 2 sovrum, 3 sängplatser Litet utrustat kök med bord och stolar Liten hall och toa med dusch. (Låg på andra våningen utan hiss) Parkering går att betala få på liten innergård annars över gatan. ( Betala 7-19 på vardagar) Sängen var fantastisk att sova i. Nackdelar; Huset ligger som mitt i en triangel av gator. Samt tågstation intill. Alltså buller såklart. Inget lyxställe men ok för att övernatta på. Lite utsikt från balkong men i fjärran. Absolut ingen sjöutsikt. Huset ligger inte vid vattnet. (Dock nära) Köksstolar och balkongstolar rangliga. Hade önskat nån soffa, om än i köket. Blev antingen köket med dåliga stolar eller sängen. Så inte så mycket samkväm.

eigentlich überraschend gut, altes Haus, aber sehr gut und stilvoll gepflegt, sauber und räumliche große genug. Nur einige Schönheitsfehler. Zu wenig Steckdosen, insbesondere keine in Badezimmer, auch am Schlaf-Bett, und zu wenig Tuchhänge für mehre Personen. Die Einrichtungen zu nutzen könnten verbessert werden.
