Two night stay in a single room. My second visit to the hotel which had changed hands between. Room was clean and well stocked but needs some TLC, as does other areas. The floor in my room was very uneven and creaky and the corridor outside, equally so; to the point it almost feels unsafe. Breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly, helpful and hard working.

Lovely food cooked breakfast very reasonable cost

Small room, in need of an upgrade. Very hot room, down to the weather but the hotel couldn't provide a fan to aid cooling. Great food and fab beer. Loved that our dog was welcome.

The property is being done up atm. So it's slowly looking better every month. A few cob webs about on the windows but remaining of the room was clean. Lovely location and lovely staff. As for the food its fantastic. We will return for hopefully a meal when we are on a boat next month.

The location worked really well, it is near to a boatyard where we were able to hire a day boat to explore the Broads. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful. A lovely relaxing stay, thank you.

Staff were friendly. Comfy bed, quiet, slept well. Room small, dated bathroom. The car park is at the rear and gives a poor first impression if the place with trash and broken lights and the exterior of building is in poor state. I understand they are slowly renovating but I would recommend tidying up what customers first see. Dinner was surprisingly good to be fair.

Check in was easy. Staff were busy helping customers who had a booking problem and seemed to making sure they were able to make sure the customers Were taken care of. They broke of to check me in, effortlessly. Room was small and comfortable for a single traveler. Only slight niggle was the lights over the outside seating, which were directly outside the rooms window, did stay on all Night.

Room was ok, tea and coffee facilities not great and bathroom was very tired. Toilet roll holder and shower fittings both very loose and fell off at one point. Brad was comfortable and breakfast was delicious

One night stay in an older hotel in a very pleasant location

Although it was unbelievable hot night on the night we were here, the staff were really helpful and did everything they could to help. The room was a little tired, but was very clean. We didnt eat here at night, but did have a few drinks in the bar which was well stocked and well priced with a ovely outlook over the marina and boat moorings. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely friendly staff which managed to get us a meal after the restaurant was supposed to have closed and a very nice meal Nice room lovely quiet stay by the river . We will be back

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sutton Staithe Hotel. It looks over the Broads and you can see the changing of the boats from day to day which is really nice. The breakfasts were great and the staff were all friendly. They have a lovely bar and outside area. The only small thing I can say is that not all the rooms have been redecorated and ours looked a little tired, but the amenities for the room were good and did not affect our happiness with the room. Would definitely come here again.

Right on the water and a boat yard next to the hotel a children's play area an outside area next to the bar boat owners to talk to. A good breakfast. Food available Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime.

Stayed four nights in room 14, steep stairs to reach it with luggage but nice views of the waterfront. King size bed was very comfortable and the shower very efficient. The huge smart TV was a little large for the room! Could have done with a wardrobe or portable clothes rail, perhaps using some of the floorspace in the vast en suite bathroom. Breakfast service was friendly and efficient. We had dinner on one evening, nice menu, friendly service but stretched on a busy evening. Good selection of beers in the busy bar with plenty of outdoor seating. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we wish the owners continued success as they strive to develop the business.

Nice hotel in great place by the river. Paul was very accommodating in helping me & colleagues park our motorcycles. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only criticism parts of the hotel a bit dated & shabby. Would I stay again. Yes, of course. Great value hotel.
