Although the facilities are aged. The staff of hotel and restaurant provides excellent service, very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely staff that helped us look up times for trains and buses to Takeda Castle Ruins. As well as helped us getting a taxi because apparently there’s only one out there 😅 It’s a 20 min walk on flat ground from the Wadayama station so be ready for that. Also the taxi from the hotel to Takeda Station was around 2800 yen just fyi

Far from railway station to walk for 20 min. But there are some restaurant and supermarket around there so convenient place. Hotel facility is clean and comfortable to stay with reasonable price.

受付のスタッフの方々の感じが良かった。部屋は清潔感があって、シャンプーなどのバーも楽しめた。

ホテルは最近リニューアルしたらしく部屋や調度品など清潔感があった。 夕食を食べに外出したがホテル周辺は街路灯が少なかった

最高に良かったのですが、ひとつだけ改善いただきたいです。加湿器のレンタルがあり、嬉しかったのですが、使用後に中を開けてびっくりしました。 フィルターに茶色の汚れが付着しており、30分くらい 洗いましたが、取れませんでした。 一度、全部チェックした方が良いと思います。

トイレのウォシュレットが上手く作動しない。
