飯店乾淨,機場接駁車不好等,一小時一班

酒店比预想的差，在其他城市也住过同名的酒店感觉很好，结果入住这家不是太理想，门面小，住在一楼半地下室，房间小卫生不好。早餐不好吃。以后不会住。

Basement,clean,shower water ok.not so good neighbor. Cheap with free breakfast but food no good

Everything is great only the window of the room can"t lock well. Even though they put a plastic rod in there. They should change a new lock . The mattress of the bed is great. I will comeback definitely.

Overall nice and the shuttle bus is good

Room is clean, and close to airport. Easy to park the car.

El hotel cerró y no recibí el servicio

Verdaderamente este hotel está cerrado y la app no nos informó previamente, me enteré cuando llegué al lugar. Al lado hay un hotel llamado Ozone Inn, al parecer movieron la reserva para ese hotel, pero no informaron sobre ello. Lo supe cuando fui a ver si quedaban habitaciones y la persona que me atendió me dice que tengo reserva. Realmente fue estresante y frustrante. Sali de viaje y el día antes de regresar al mismo hotel por una noche es cuando me llega notificación al email de lo que ya yo sabía.

I booked travellodge for 9 nights with breakfast. I was trasnferred to Ozone Park Inn and Suuites next door. They did not provide the continental breakfast which i paid for neither was I reimbursed. Most of all the place was dusty and nosuitable especially if someone is asthmatic. Terrible.

No tienen área adecuada de parqueadero, el acceso al lobby y a los cuartos: toca bajar gradas con todo y maletas pues no hay ascensor. Los admisionistas, no explican o ponen ganas en explicar como se debe tomar un bus o los trenes por el tema turístico, y falta mucha preparación en el tema. El ascensor y accesos a cuartos es viejo, dentro del cuarto, las paredes manchadas, el baño con muebles viejos.

Better then what you would expect, decent location, free parking worked great for me.

La zona no es muy segura y no había espacio en el parqueo, así que tuve que dejar el auto en la calle.

Clean quiet

The people at check in and check out were very good - they arranged airport transport (Taxi's) easily. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean.

Good experience in staying at Ozone park…it is near by JFK airport and helped us catching flight in early morning. The property is clean and good. Parking is full but able to manage on street parking. I would recommend to my friends and family.
