First time staying at this hotel and it’s fantastic. Check in was a fast and easy process. Very clean lobby and rooms. Rooms are great size and the bathrooms are very roomy. Staff is very kind and always available. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is the hotel need better plush pillow.

Best place in buckhead.

Staff at front desk - some were nice, some incredibly unfriendly. Not very helpful. Older, not super clean or kept up. Stayed there because fairly close to the hospital my husband was in. Bar and restaurant were top notch though.

The hotel was very clean and adequately staffed! The rooms were nicely sized and very clean.

The shower was not very clean and the water pressure was non existent, but the location was amazing and overall a comfortable stay.

Limpieo, bonito, tranquilo, buen area cerca de Buckhead Village.

It was a great location however there were a few issues with curtains or blinds broken and waiting 2 hours for an iron and iron board however they compensated the parking for.

Room wasn't clean or inviting like it usually is. Stains on sheets I couldn't wait to leave the the next morning. Staff must've been rushing or short staffed

Alexus was awesome

Great staff and great location to a cute shopping center with some great options for restaurants. No views of anything (at least from my room on the 8th floor overlooking the parking lot). It was convenient but nothing spectacular. Very comfortable bed and clean room. I will stay there again but wouldn’t necessarily if it weren’t for proximity to my work site.

The rooms can use updating but the staff were extremely nice and accommodating and the customer service was exceptional. The food at the Betty is great and the rooftop is nice.
