Near the station & spots Staff are nice make me have an amazing memory in Madrid

Did what it needed to do, just a stopover on a bigger trip - no tea & coffee facilities but nice power from the shower

El personal muy amable. La habitación no fue como en las fotos. Hacia mucho calor, no pudimos dormir. El aire acondicionado no enfrió nada. La luz del pasillo se metía por debajo de la puerta. Solo había un contacto en la habitación. Las paredes estaban sucias.

Room was very old and had black mold. Wood in moulding was rotten. I had to change rooms twice due to leaks and condition.

The most spartan room I have ever stayed in. Heating did not work, room was very cold. Overpriced in my opinion. Pleasant staff, lovely location

The rooms are very small and in need of a complete refresh … quite shabby.

El ITC Mora es un buen hotel ubicado en el Barrio de las Letras, sus instalaciones ya lucen un tanto viejas pero su personal es muy atento. Creo que es caro para el estado general de los cuartos.

Lovely hotel close to the art galleries and park. Very clean, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom. Very helpful and professional staff

Breakfast was poor, service was poor. Waited 30 min for service, no acknowledgement from staff, walked out.

For the price, there were not comparable amenities such as mini fridge, lotion, water, counter in bathroom for toiletries. No hook in bathroom for hanging, hair dryer was only semi-functional, no bars in shower nor mats to prevent slipping.

El baño minúsculo, al sentarse en el retrete dabas con las rodillas en la pared, muy incómodo. La ubicación excelente.

Centrally located, rooms smaller than thought, need some upkeeping and details.

シャワーすると水浸しになる（仕切りと床に隙間あり） コンセントの接触が悪い かなり部屋は古びた感がまんさいです ロビーは比較的キレイしスタッフの対応もよかった

The only thing was the AC was not allow to be low them it was a little hot , But the rest is excellent
