Great service and excellent quality

Wonderful hotel, great section af town.

The room was wonderful and appointed well. We ate at the restaurant Terra and it was magnificent! The short rib was so tender and flavorful. Bed was comfortable and pillows were also comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool was amazing at night.

It is a very attractive hotel. There were some issues with parking. I went to a concert and came back to the hotel at about 11:36 pm. I could not find a parking place. I am handicapped and all the spaces near the hotel were taken. There was no one at the Valet station and the parking garage was full - so closed. This was very difficult for me as I am not familiar with the area.

the only parking available for guest was valet only. which cost 42 extra dollars added to your room bill. failed to state this on their website. the hotel is close to the university so, lots of people, crowded streets and homeless around the area.

Great location

Great location, good restaurant

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights, the staff was absolutely terrible. We had to repeatedly call for the same room service and never received what we ordered till hours later. Besides that , the view was amazing and the room was absolutely stunning

We had a corner room with great views. The beds were comfortable. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. Pool was great and the huge tv on the roof. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

The property is great, great location and within walking distance of the university, restaurants and other activities.

We stayed here on the 17th floor, had a great view. The food was delicious. The staff was great. My overall experience for my husband‘s birthday exceeded my expectations.

Can not turn off the AC. It automatically turns back on and changes temperature to 68, also made lots of noise. Nightmare

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Right in the heart of Tempe ASU.

I love staying here, short drive from the airport, rooms are nice. Dining options are nice. Its central to all locations i need to reach. Walkable to the Beach Park for music festivals.

This hotel was spot on super clean and updated..great staff. Wonderful location close to restaurants and breweries.

There is construction around the building which makes for valet only parking, however we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff made our anniversary stay very nice with extras and even upgraded our room for us! We will definitely stay here again! Big thanks to all the staff for making our 10 year and amazing experience!

Staff and and hotel condition was great! However, terrible experience with constant pool closures due to undisclosed renovations if I had known this was planned by hotel management I would have elected to stay elsewhere. With a young family having access to a pool is crucial especially in Arizona. Also, valet was slow and lacked communication skills. As a bonvoy member I am a little disappointed with our recent experience!!

The breakfast tickets were not enough to cover a party of two. When you opt in to purchase breakfast, it would be nice to have breakfast fully covered. Other than that, it was truly amazing.

We really liked this place. Comfortable. Clean. Great food there, and even more great food in walking distance.
