Depuis notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avons eu de problèmes divers: manque de couvercle de la toilette, coffre de sécurité bloqué, coupure d’électricité et de l’eau dans la chambre non averti. Par contre, la réceptionniste a tout fait pour régler les inconvénients. Service très apprécié

A lot of comestic fixes needed and safety as far as pool ladder not screwed completely and rusted Hotel room needs a lot of of cosmetic fixes the pool kitchen are isn’t open and the rooms and pool area don’t look exactly like the pictures the pictures are from when they first opened which is false advertising not bad stay for 1 night

Excelente opción en todos los aspectos: ubicación, limpieza, atención en recepción, precio muy accesible. No tiene estacionamiento pero hay parquímetros de 10 am -10 pm Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Cobraron 200 por dejar las maletas, hubo fiesta todas las noches de otros huéspedes y nadie hizo nada. No dejaron botellas de agua natural.

La atención de las chicas de recepción , Estrella y Karen fue súper atenta .

A very good stay for a quick solo trip to Playa! The hotel was well-situated for my purpose of going there. I would highly recommend that a bar fridge be placed in each room! It would hold water, juice and a few drinks. No kitchen facilities are alright for a quick trip but water is a must. I would use this place again if there was a small fridge in the room.

I found it to be a good hotel for the price. It definitely is not for the pickiest of guests, but a great staff that are helpful.

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. This was the most disgusting, dishonest, and disturbing hotel experience of my life. False Advertising & Scam: The photos are a complete lie. The "cozy" room with a balcony was actually a tiny, airless space with a shattered, taped-up window facing a grimy elevator shaft. No fresh air, no natural light—just a suffocating nightmare. Filthy & Unsanitary: The sheets had stains and hair, proving they hadn’t been washed. The pillows reeked of sweat and mildew. The bathroom was moldy, the shower barely functioned, and the towels smelled like garbage. No Sleep Possible: The rooms are NOT soundproof. We heard everything from the lobby—people shouting, luggage rolling, phones ringing. Sleeping was impossible. Scam Fees & Lies: We were hit with hidden charges, including a "street cleanup" fee and an extra guest fee, even though the booking clearly stated two people. The advertised restaurant doesn’t exist. No Refund Despite Promises: Expedia promised a full refund due to the fraudulent listing, but after I left, they changed their stance. Now I’m out $900 for a hotel I didn’t even stay at. Avoid this scam at all costs.

This establishment is incredibly deceptive and has left me thoroughly disappointed. I stayed there for 14 days booked through Expedia, and I quickly learned that refunds or cancellations were not an option, which felt extremely unfair given the circumstances. From the moment I arrived, I encountered issues, starting with the hot water situation. Not once during my stay did I experience a hot shower; each day, I was assured by the staff that they were "working on it," but the situation never improved. To make matters worse, I experienced a complete shutdown of the water supply without any prior notice while a water company was filling their tank, leaving me without basic amenities at the most inconvenient times. Additionally, I observed them turning off the electricity during the day, which is quite frustrating when you have yours up the stairs. I eventually switched rooms, and I can confirm that the reviews regarding the musty smell and the presence of mould were spot on. The second room I was given still had lingering odors and signs of neglect. The pool area was nothing short of a stagnant swamp, and I found the deck boards to be splintered and hazardous to walk on, raising significant safety concerns. Once again, the quest for even lukewarm water for a shower proved fruitless; I could only expect frigid, uncomfortable showers throughout my stay. El cuarto está muy cómodo y cercano a los puntos que quería visitar, lo único que podría mejorar es el baño que está reducido, en todo lo demás estuvo muy bueno el servicio y mi estancia fue muy agradable, solo el primer día no tuve agua

This place was not as described. The bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. It was incredibly noisy and not as clean or well maintained as I would have expected. The restaurant and outdoor seating was closed and unusable... The staff were mostly very nice and helpful and it's only 50 feet from 5th Avenue which was very convenient but also very noisy.

Único problema foi no último dia : chuveiro com pouquíssima água . Mas em geral recomendo o hotel . Atente - se que não há café da manhã e nem frigobar . Quarto bastante confortável e boa localização . Voltaria outra vez . Recepcionista Estrella muito simpática e prestativa . Ótima funcionária .

My King room had no closet or anywhere to hang my dresses and so when they moved me into a double bedroom which had a 12” narrow hanging area it was fine for 6 days but the 3rd drawer was hanging open & you couldn’t close the drawer to use it. Maintenance was suppose to come in the next day but no one ever came. I just avoided the use of the drawer. Toilet plugged up and you couldn’t flush it one morning but housekeeping fixed it while I stepped out shopping for a few hours. Otherwise I highly recommend putting in ALL the rooms a wardrobe cabinet or closet to hang clothes.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff that are helpful and friendly. When we arrived our bedsheets were dirty, they did exchange them. We stayed in a room with a balcony but you could hear all the street noise and live bands well into the night. The balcony lights do not turn off, all that light comes into the room so it’s like daylight all the time. We tried to block the bright lights from the balcony but it still entered the room from the corners. Although it’s low cost hotel close to 5th avenue, I would not recommend staying here, it was not restful or peaceful stay.

Has the things you'll need for a simple stay. Has a stove-top and microwave. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. It's getting some wear and tear since I was here when it opened 5 years ago.

Beware of this place!! The rooms were damp and moldy, we spent a a few hours in the room, until we opted to leave the place, of course, they refused to reimburse us. I still have a headache!!

Endroit bien situé, très propre. Cependant il manquait quelques accessoires de cuisine et une machine à café.

Es definitivamente el peor hotel que me he quedado. No sirve el Wifi y como no llega la red celular pues estás incomunicado. Me quede a medio baño sin agua y tardaron horas en resolverlo. Pedí una plancha y tardaron 2 horas en dame una, no sabían localizar dónde estaba la única de todo el hotel. De verdad, si no quieres frustrarte no reserves en este hotel. Por si fuera poco te piden un depósito en efectivo de mil pesos. Que dije ok no pasa nada. Pero me dijeron que si perdía un papelito no me lo podían regresar jajaja. Cosas del siglo pasado, en fin. DE LO PEOR, y de verdad que soy cero exigente.
