We have nothing but good to say about our experience at MK Hotel Tirana The staff was exceptional! Our room was incredible! We were shocked at how much room our family of four had in our room. Everything was so clean, and so beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable, and we loved the large French doors that opened with a view over the courtyard and pool. The phone app for opening the doors around the hotel was new to me, and was a great feature, instead of always misplacing who had the key card. The breakfast buffet was so enjoyable, with a large variety of fresh made food. We can not think of a single thing that we can criticize, it was a five star experience all the way and we will book again on our return trip!

This hotel stay was the best we’ve ever had (family of 4). Cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen!! Service was great! Shuttle from airport late night was quick and reliable! Breakfast was great! Even better than that was the staff! Super friendly and helpful! Ardit at breakfast was exceptional and very caring. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saranda after staying here.

Phenomenal facility and staff. The room, restaurant, and spa were amazing.

I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The reception staff were always friendly and communication was really good, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The restaurant staff were also very kind and caring. Everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and had a lovely experience overall.
