We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Didn't expect too much, since we just wrote the special request through app. They decorated our room with flowers and they gave us a cake with a card. The check-in process was smooth, all the staff that we met in the Public Area was very nice. The facility of this Hotel is perfect. And the room was incredible. Ah, they also have pool kids and kids club, so my daughter was very happy. Breakfast was nice. We would love to be back for another staycation time! Thank you, Renaissance Nusa Dua.

My son got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. And they try to argue to get away from taking the responsibility. Not even saying sorry I have to buy my own medicine etc. Worst of all they call security to kick me out because I raise voice at them. LOL.

Booked for our honeymoon trip, staff was friendly and thoughtful, given us greeting cake, building was well maintained and designed, modern property and great ambiance, and it would be perfect if check in and check out could be more fast, overall was a pleasant stay, recommended.
