Con 's:▪ No wifi on 3rd floor, intermittent on 2nd floor but seems fine on 1st floor. ▪ On the first night, we fell asleep and woke up at 10pm. Lady guard was hesitant to let us out due to curfew but assured her that we can manage since we are hw ' s, she agreed but did not even bother to open the gates though she saw us from the terrace how we were struggling to open the small gate. ▪ Had 1 guest who seems to own the swing at the balcony, he shoo'ed me away even if I was there 1st. ▪ Guy receptionist seems to be unaccommodating. ▪ Had to go downstairs at 11PM to get some hot water for the noodles, people were sleeping by the reception and 1 girl was even facing me but did not even bother to open the glass door with a heavy lounge placed next to it. I had to lift the heavy wood off and back. ▪ No cleaning in between stays. Pro 's:▪ Has a cold and hot water dispenser. ▪ Did not expect it but hot shower seems to be working. ▪ Location is ideal since it is near Jones Ave.
