Staff was friendly, location is great. Noise totally went away by 12am

We have pleasant stay at KeSa House. The Premise is pretty strategic near to MRTs, Bus Station as well as Chinatown Center. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Kitchen are well equipped, you can literally cook decent food.

Luasan kamar beda jauh dengan yang di foto, sampai perlu memastikan tidak salah kamar. Di foto jarak bed dengan kabinet minimal 1,5 m, nyatanya 1 m ga sampai (dengan perbandingan lebar kabinet di foto & real). Posisi TV di dinding yang sama dengan sisi kanan bed sampai kaki beberapa kali terbentur frame TV saat rebahan/tidur. Lagipula gimana cara nontonnya kalau posisi seperti itu? Untuk kamar deluxe harganya overpriced. Kecewa sedikit tertutupi oleh kebersihan & ramahnya staff.

The location is amazing but room 213 is really really small and the sound proofing is non-existent. The walkway is so small only one person can enter at one time. Was also woken up at 8am by neighbours chatting-you can hear all their conversations. You even know when they are taking a shower. Not sure if it 's specific to this room but the stay could really be better. The room was not very clean too-particularly the shelf containing the ironing kit-was filled with dust and had to do a wipe through.

Awesome location, reasonably price. The only bummer was the outdoor lounge closed due to covid.

Didn't manage to take much photos but overall the room was nice and cosy, loved the shop house vibe instead of usual high-end carpeted floor hotels. The toilet showering was really squeezy but manageable to work around with as we only showered twice, maybe it would be irritating on a long staycation. Shampoo was okay, not a big fan, maybe bring your own but not a big issue for us we still used it. The staff were extremely friendly and reception was always responsive! Good location with nearby 7-11 and many restaurants as well:) quiet at night too!

Had the most relaxing stay at Kesa for a night, love how the sun shines into the room through the rooftop window during the daytime. Will be back soon!

Staycay @ KeSa House. Overall: 3/5. Service: 4/5. Ambience: 3/5. Surroundings: 4/5. Room: 2/5. Love the boutique hotel vibes -nice lobby, free sparkling and still water. But toilet and room were a little too small for my liking. You can't lift your hands to wash your hair without bumping your elbow into the door or the shampoo holders.

From the moment I entered the door of KeSa till till I exit, Salina and team was simply fabulous and very welcoming. The entire hotel smelt like luxury. It felt like I was in any other top notch luxury hotel. The hotel was spotless. Food was an abundance. No doubt, a huge recommendation to anyone. I really enjoyed my stay. -Ahmad Zaki.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at K? sa. The staff were really welcoming and nice when we arrived, and they made sure we had what we needed for our stay. Clean room, clean toilet, cold enough aircon (despite the cold weather). Well, the only disadvantage was the window that was located at the bottom of the room. It was pretty hard to differentiate day and night when the sunlight doesn't shine into the room. Other than that, the interior design of the room was perfect for a short stay. I must say they made use of the space really well.

Compact and nice. Love the color aesthetics. The only issue is the shower room a little too small.

Room is well furnished, clean and aircond is cold. Tho a little on small side, spaces was suffice to put luggage, shopping bags etc. location is great as there's plenty of eateries nearby.

Room is clean, good use for interior spaces. Awesome sharing areas with other guests. Friendly staff and reception. The only problem for us, there are no bidet on the toilet. Everything else were great!
