Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing breakfast. Please if you want an amazing place to stay while in Ubud, go book JAPA!

การบริการโดยรวมถือว่าดี แต่เก็บห้องไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย เพราะไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนูในวันแรก และไดร์เป่าผมไม่มีแรงในการเป่า(เทียบกับ รร อื่นในเกรดเดียวกันจะแรงกว่านี้)

I stayed with a partner. Booked 1 king size bed, got the welcome text, stating that breakfast will be provided for 2 pax, and etc. During check out, I was asked to pay 1 extra breakfast because I booked 1 king size bed, and not twins. And only entitled for 1 pax of breakfast. What a joke! And I showed them the welcome text on WhatsApp showing the breakfast I got was for 2 pax, they said they have mistype it. Another stupid joke. And the room is totally not worth it! Looks like a standard bed room with excessive space that you can hear your own own voice echoing inside the room. It doesn't look like a villa at all! I was staying at the 2nd floor btw. Too bad I didn't take photo of the room. Breakfast was limited to only 1 savory dish and 1 sweet treat. Another joke. And yes you can not ask for more. No regret was shown or try to amend things. Definitely not coming back!. And yes, there are many villas or hotel around this premise that offer similar price and has much better service and room.

Handle shower is broken, sempat lose dan jatuh melukai kaki, got swollen leg. Sudah melapor kepada bagian front office, and they said they will send the mechanic directly. But still not good:(Overall, the hotel location is 9 of 10. Room is 6 of 10 (please repair the shower room) Food is 7 of 10 (breakfast is standard, the good ones is only fried noodle and fried rice) Cleanliness 8 of 10. Hospitality 7 of 10 (the kitchen and house keeping are very friendy, except the front office; Seems not care) Will never come back.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Situated in the heart of Ubud Centre, easy to go everywhere. Staff are really helpful, and they give a top notch service too. Every day they give a small food for me with a nice hand written letter on it, which I appreciate so much. Room is also very clean. Recommended!

My stay was superb excellent! Like seriously warm welcome by the staff, the treat, clean & spacious room and of course refreshing welcome drink ‘special jus tebu’ & delicious & beautiful breakfast. Special thanks to Ms Indri (front office), Ms Koming & all the restaurant team, All Housekeeping team, security! Definitely will be back. I, my husband & my son enjoy it so much🙏🏻

Staff-nya ramah, dan sangat helpful, bahkan permintaan khusus yang sifatnya mendadak, mereka senang hati membantu saya dan keluarga, Thanks Japa. Makanan di Tebu Resto tidak ada yang gagal, enak semua.

If you are looking for a wonderful hotel/villa to stay in Ubud with a good customer service and affordable price, I highly recommend this place. I booked a deluxe room and surprisingly the room was very clean and spacious. I also had a chance to look at their villa unit and I was blown away as it is very nice. I will definitely come back.
