❌cityhouse city oasis - the worst hotel in ho chi minh city i'm currently staying in this hotel, and there are so many problems with this hotel. Such as: bathtub's water drainage stopper is totally broken, the wash basin tap is not tighten and rocks violently, the safety box is not anchored in a fixed position (imagine, the thief can take the whole safety box and walk away), the bath towel is dirty and broken and most disgusting is an aggressive and argumentative self proclaimed manager of the hotel. The manager refused to listen to my feedback about their broken facilities and even ordered me to shut up. For 2 days, I reported the problems to 2 of their staff and nothing was done. On the 3rd day afternoon after I returned from my lunch I went straight to the reception and noticed that two of their staff and another man was there. The man claimed to be the manager and so I asked him have they fixed the problems. The manager said all were done. When I asked him what have they fixed, he answered all were fixed but was unable to say what they had fixed. He then turned to his staff and asked them what were the problems. This goes to show that the manager is not doing his job and is incompetence. The manager then turned aggressive and argumentative towards me and asked me to shut up. I ask him to listen to my feedback, but he keep arguing and ask me to shut up and only he can talk. The moment I said something, he would cut me off and don't give me a chance to talk. It's so frustrating. I am curious how he can be a manager when receiving feedback is so difficult for him. This is a service industry and not a market or gangster style? The city house management, how do you have such a useless, argumentative and aggressive manager running your hotel. Or what you do is “close your 2 eyes”, hope that your customers got fooled and quietly leave, never comeback again? I don't mind if there is 1 or 2 minor issues, but there are so many problems here. And the worst is your staff. They make me feel like I'm begging them to fix their problems. I asked the manager for refund but he totally ignore me. I go on a trip to relax but turn out more stress. 😭. 13/11/2023

Room sama ambience enak banget sih, depan hotel banget ada 3 cafe yang instagrammable. Lumayan deket ke Ben Thanh Market. Minus: ga usah laundry di sini, mahal

Lokasi hotel harus masuk lagi ke jalan kecil dari jalan raya, tapi mudah ditemukan. Staff ramah dan proses check in check out cepat. Dalam kamar tersedia peralatan makan dan masak dengan lengkap. Kamar bersih, modern dan nyaman sekali. Dekat kemana-mana dan banyak tempat makan di sekitar sana.

我第一次来这里，但是当我进去的时候，我发现这个地方非常漂亮。房间设计精美，自然光线很好。非常好的服务和齐全的设施。接待员很友好、热情！这里位置便利，值得入住。

Phòng giống như hình nha, rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái, yên tĩnh. Có đầy đủ trang thiết bị từ trong nhà vệ sinh đến bếp. Lễ tân dễ thương cực kì, hỗ trợ mình hết sức. Sẽ quay lại lần sau.

The hotel looks as good as the photos displayed from the website. However, the toilet facility was pretty fragile. The bathtub drainage system wasn't flowing well and they should have a holder for the shampoo & body wash next to the bathtub. I guess because there were plants everywhere, many insects can be found in the room. We encountered ants & cockroach, but luckily we were not too scared of them. Of course, there were some good points as well. We enjoyed the mini pool and had fun. The staff were friendly & assisted us to book for a half day tour to cu chi tunnels. The hotel location was strategic located, not too far from city. You may grab to city just about 25-30k viet dong. There are a café just opposite the hotel entrance & convenience store.

酒店非常漂亮，和图片一模一样，设施齐全，有厨房、餐具、微波炉，甚至还有浴缸和游泳池。缺点是游泳池有点脏，可能是因为游泳池就在树旁边，所以很多树叶和花掉进游泳池，而且酒店似乎没有定期清理游泳池。其他一切都非常好，下次去西贡我会继续选择这个地方🥰

Rất hợp lý, mình săn sale trên Traveloka và trả tiền thanh toán trên app nên việc check in diễn ra nhanh chóng và nhận phòng cực kì nhanh. Có ban công và phòng tắm có bồn tắm cực xịn, phòng mình có cả tv thông minh xem được Youtube hoặc FPT Play cũng được. Không gian sạch sẽ tiện nghi, có 1 phòng bếp riêng để nấu ăn trong phòng, đầy đủ chén dĩa đũa muỗng tuy nhiên không có xà phòng rửa chén nên mình phải chạy ra chỗ Winmart gần đó mua. Giường nằm rất êm, phòng mình cũng không hiểu sao chỉ có 1 cái khăn tuy nhiên nếu cần thì cứ liên hệ lễ tân để hỗ trợ. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ tuy chỉ là 1 homestay nằm trong hẻm nhưng vẫn đầy đủ tiện nghi có được. Lễ tân rất tận tâm chu đáo, tuy chỉ là 2 ngày 1 đêm nhưng mình sẽ quay lại vào một dịp khác sau này nữa có thể là 3 ngày hoặc 4 ngày tại đây.

Phòng và không gian quanh chỗ ở rất tuyệt. Mình rất muốn bơi nhưng luôn có hai bạn khách khác ngồi chill ở đó nên thấy không thoải mái lắm thôi.

Trong phòng khách sạn có gián bò trên sàn. Không những thế phòng khách sạn buổi đêm có mùi cống bốc lên thối khắp cả phòng. Sáng mình có liên hệ lại với khách sạn và khách sanh có phản hồi lại cho mình nhưng cách giải quyết của khách sạn khiến mình không hài lòng và mình có yêu cầu liên lạc lại nhưng đến bây giờ vẫn chưa thấy ạ. Nói chung là view đẹp nhưng dịch vụ mình chê ạ

ให้ 4/5 ค่ะ โรงแรมดีมากสวยมาก อุปกรณ์ครบครันทั้งเครื่องครัว ทั้งห้องน้ำ มีที่รีดผ้าด้วย แต่ขอหัก 1 ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงได้ยินเสียงคนคุยกันหน้าห้องตลอด 2 น้ำในอ่างเย็นค่ะ ไม่ค่อยอุ่น แต่น้ำใสอ่างล้างหน้าปรับอุ่นร้อนได้

Unique design & decoration. Good location (7-10min walk to Bui Vien) Several local food vendors & convenience stores are nearby. Great price value. Highly recommend this place.
