入住期间，工作人员热情周到，我非常满意他们的服务和态度。然而，房间卫生状况极差。浴室脏得令人难以置信，我根本没看到有人打扫，水槽周围、淋浴间和地板上都积满了灰尘和污垢。

非常满意。房间干净舒适，设施一流。孩子们玩得非常开心，尤其喜欢各种泳池和儿童俱乐部里的各种活动。最令人感动的是，因为我预订了两间房，酒店还为我的孩子们提供了免费早餐。

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool, and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good and family-friendly. Kids room, etc., were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in the future.

The pillow is too thin. There is a smell on the pillow and blanket. Hotel wifi cannot be accessed and the air conditioner is not cold.

Upon my departure, Amin was really friendly, and on the day I checked in, I went for a buffet dinner. I believe it was Mr. Saufi who was really accommodating, together with the rest of the restaurant and kitchen staff.
