服務人員無論是哪一位都非常的親切，笑容讓人覺得溫暖，房間很大很乾淨很舒適，公共澡堂也很乾淨很舒服水溫不會太燙，住宿感受非常開心。 地點很好，距離山中湖旭日丘搭乘處就在旁邊而已，前往高速巴士或者是環湖周遊巴士都非常的方便。距離天鵝船搭乘處也只要走路5分鐘，景色優美又方便。

房間很大很舒適，我們住了兩晚，要自己舖床墊，日間沒有人執房的，所有用品在接待大堂自取。有個很大的保險櫃，但每次開關需要投入100日元及不會退還。空調是很舊式的座地機, 調溫旋轉鍵已被人弄壞了，因此只有暖風出，慶幸我們是5月中入住, 適逄當日下雨降溫，打開窗戶已經有點冷，如果是夏天入住，可能有點熱。溫店有公共大浴池，但我們沒有使用，因此不清楚情況如何。酒店門外有很大的空曠地方泊車。另外，要注意的事：酒店會於晚上11點至早上6點鎖上大門，任何人都不能進出，這麼重要的消息應該在訂房前通知消費者，而不是在完成check-in 之後才告知，如果行程需要在上述時間離開酒店 (例如看日出或去機場，那會是多麼麻煩的事情)。

小さな子連れ旅行だったので部屋が和室タイプで大変助かりました。

部屋はきれいでした。 出発時、フロントガラスが凍っていました。解氷スプレーで溶かしていたところに、わざわざ水をもってきてくれました。 親切な対応嬉しかったです。

スタッフの方が大変親しみやすいです！

Simple ryokan-style hotel. Made for a comfortable stay at Yamanakako. Friendly and helpful staff, as well as free coffee daily, added to the pleasant experience.

I am really suprised how much I liked this hotel. It's quite old and rooms need a proper refresh, however it was really clean and spacious. Traditional style was a great experience! (There is an instruction in the room how to do the futon). Staff doesn't speak English very well, however I was able to communicate with them enough, so it wasn't an issue at all. They also have printed papers with the most important details in English. To sum up, they were really nice and helpful. Hotel is located next to the bus station, where there are buses to popular towns around Fuji. Generally, having a car would be a plus, however I only used the public transport and can say that's doable (local commute and express busses to Mishima, Tokyo, Gotemba etc.). It's a calm place (I was there in Dec 25), that is definitely not as crowded as e.g. Fujikawaguchiko nearby. I have to also mention about the hotel's location and its views that are really amazing. Lake Yamanakako is sooooo beautiful. Really, there is no need to go to more touristic places to see wonderful things. There are planty of places around to hike and of course to do great photos of mount Fuji. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel!

This was an impromptu 1-night stay that I enjoyed very much. Very convenient to take the bus from Shinjuku, about 2.5 hours, and the bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel. I booked a tatami room, and we enjoyed the onsen on the property.

部屋は和室で広々としたました。 夕食のまかないカレー、コスパよかったです＼(^o^)／ あと、朝食もよかったです＼(^o^)／ お風呂は外湯がないのが残念ですがやむなし

Located across the road from the lake, friendly staff. Spacious room for 2 futons. Onsen is lovely. Relaxing environment that makes people for few more days

Simpelt og bekvemt, I rolige omgivelser, tæt på natur og masser af restauranter og en 7-11 tæt på. Bil en fordel.

Beautiful lake view, very welcoming staff who are willing to assist everytime. Near bus station for those who don't drive. Plenty of free parking spaces, shops and cafes within 10 minutes walking distance.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo comodo albergo giapponese. Ottima l’ accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, Spaziose e confortevoli le stanze con in più la possibilità di poter usufruire del loro piccolo e intimo onsen. A fine giornata è stato magnifico immergersi nella vasca riscaldata e rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver trascorso giorni frenetici a Tokyo. Il giro del lago poi con la vista del monte Fuji è una vera meraviglia. La sera è stato possibile cenare il albergo. La cena era ottima. Grazie di cuore
