找一間房可以容納五人的酒店不多(兩大，三小，已有兩位是青年)，客房整潔，沒有味道。酒店外貌有點舊，猜想翻新不久，主館升降機新凈，大堂很大，職員有禮貌，還帶我們到客房。浴池更衣室乾淨，不太多人使用。由主館到浴場路程很短，但可能還未完成翻新，下雨路面會濕。我們五人可以不用輪流使用房間內洗手間沐浴，可以同一時間去冲涼，十分好。

服務人員無論是哪一位都非常的親切，笑容讓人覺得溫暖，房間很大很乾淨很舒適，公共澡堂也很乾淨很舒服水溫不會太燙，住宿感受非常開心。 地點很好，距離山中湖旭日丘搭乘處就在旁邊而已，前往高速巴士或者是環湖周遊巴士都非常的方便。距離天鵝船搭乘處也只要走路5分鐘，景色優美又方便。

房間很大很舒適，我們住了兩晚，要自己舖床墊，日間沒有人執房的，所有用品在接待大堂自取。有個很大的保險櫃，但每次開關需要投入100日元及不會退還。空調是很舊式的座地機, 調溫旋轉鍵已被人弄壞了，因此只有暖風出，慶幸我們是5月中入住, 適逄當日下雨降溫，打開窗戶已經有點冷，如果是夏天入住，可能有點熱。溫店有公共大浴池，但我們沒有使用，因此不清楚情況如何。酒店門外有很大的空曠地方泊車。另外，要注意的事：酒店會於晚上11點至早上6點鎖上大門，任何人都不能進出，這麼重要的消息應該在訂房前通知消費者，而不是在完成check-in 之後才告知，如果行程需要在上述時間離開酒店 (例如看日出或去機場，那會是多麼麻煩的事情)。

空調がきいていないようで、館内暑かったです。猛暑では室内でも熱中症になるので、対策をしてほしいです。

This is a beautiful, spacious, totally charming, traditional Japanese-style hotel. The rooms have shoji doors and tatami floors and beautiful views of the lake (at least, our rooms did). There is also a traditional Japanese onsen bath. Men and women separate, everyone naked, wash off before you get in to soak. The dinner and breakfast offered at the hotel were very simple and traditional, but the hotel had ebikes that you could rent if you wanted to go into town and find something else. The location is also extremely convenient for catching buses. The highway bus to Shinjuku (and other routes) stops across the street. Even more convenient, my husband and son’s bus to Gotemba station (where they joined their group to climb Fuji) stopped right outside the hotel, at the edge of the hotel parking lot. Even from a Japanese point of view, this place was a great find. Our Japanese friends (a couple in their 70s) who drove over to visit us kept asking how we found it. “You really found this place on the internet? It’s great!”

We cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us with all of our requests. We were sad to leave, as the rooms were so comfy. We rented bikes for the day at a great, affordable price and loved spending our evenings in the tattoo friendly Onsen. Would absolutely stay here again!

A gem of a hotel close to the lakeshore, the hotel was spotless and our first experience of ryokan, playing out our beds and enjoying the simplicity. A konbini and lots of restaurants meant great choice for food (including ice-cream!), the 15km route around the lake was good for a bike ride (bikes and scooters to hire from the hotel). The onsen was very relaxing. Plenty of parking and the staff were very helpful, friendly and fun - a great location all round.

Room was spacious and clean, they give you a bag when you check in and you grab all the amenities you need. Near Yamanakako and bus station barely a 2 min walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well! For foreigners they have qr codes of videos of how to set up a futon and how to eat Chazuke for breakfast which I found very helpful!

주차도 쉬웠고 바로 호수앞이라 너무나 훌륭한 풍경을 보았습니다. 특히 대욕장이 훌륭했습니다.

コスパが良く、スタッフも親切です。お布団が薄く、寝心地がいまいちだったことが残念でした。

Parking for cars is just in front of the hotel. The lake is just a short walk away (my room does not have the lake view)

I would recommend having a car being on this side of the lake. Taxi isn't easy to call on your own, you would need to use hotel front desk. Right across from the bus station. Room was nice. Bathroom floor was very squeaky. Quiet and clean.

Just opposite to the asahigaoka bus terminal.

Kleiner Onsen - sehr heisses Wasser - Frau / Mann getrennt - drin nicht draussen Grosse Zimmer … alles ok - Japan Futon - war mir zu hart …. Habe dann 2/3 Futons übereinander gelegt - buchten das grosse Zimmer mit 5 Pers - Waren zu zweit Unten gabs Elektro- Scooter zu mieten - wer Fahrrad Fahren möchte geht in der Nähe Mountainbike mieten und wer Café + Croissant bzw mal dunkles Sandwich essen möchte … der fahrt mit Auto … etc. Zur ZEIT-Bakery - mit Auto 7Min … Gute Lage - nähe See - ruhig / im Frühling April keine Touristen
