The Hampton Inn on Western avenue is the hotel where I always stay when I am in Albany, NY area. It’s super convenient to SUNY and everything else that’s going on in the City. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In the morning there is a breakfast buffet that is always well stocked and delicious. What’s not to love? I have to give one more shout out to the staff, because they ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure my stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be.

We always try to stay at Hampton Inns when we travel because we know we will have a great room at a reasonable price.

Meh. Staff not helpful at checkin. Even entered my name wrong in their records. Construction outside. Not particularly interested in my being there.

Front desk staff was really rude when I checked in. My mini fridge was turned off, so my food spoiled. The hotel's policy about payment at check-in is different than what was listed on Expedia. Would never stay here again.

Everything was pretty great. The AC was just very loud in the room. It made a loud thud that woke me up at 3:30 AM. I went back to sleep. There wasn't anything that I felt was worth complaining about.

This location was very accessible from the highway. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was immaculate. Will come here again. Loved this place.
