We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.

This is a gorgeous cruise. The service is EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. It is definitely Luxurious and they have Live Music with 2 singers that have the voices of angels. I will go back and tell my friends that this is the cruise to take for Halong Bay….Amazing!!!

I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was also good, infact they also provided Indian food which was also a surprise for us. There are couple of improvements which we have communicated to the Cruise Managers and has been well noted by them for future experience 1. Good quality WIFI should be made available on the entire cruise. It was only available in the Restaurant and Reception area and that too didn't work sometimes 2. Some of the Indian dishes didn't have right amount of salt infact no salt I would say and couple of dishes not prepared as per the description like Laccha Paratha(chapati was served instead of layered paratha) and Poha (made of rice instead of rice flakes)
