The staff so kind! When we come, the staff help us a lot with our bag & things, bring it up until in front of our room. After we check out they help take the bag to the car. Wanna give a tip but afraid its wrong. I hope someone give them tip for my sake too 😭🙏🏻.

We booked a room that has 2 TV in a photo promoted by the hotel. When we arrived, it turned out they had removed one TV in the bedroom and did not update room photos in both their website and other platforms. The hotel wasn't able to do or fix anything about that. Though the room was clean and our stay was overall OK, it was very disappointing about the missing facility and the hotel management on this issue.

Room is clean, comfy bed, rooftop is cute, small pool, staffs are ok. But I don't know why staffs at lobby working whole day but can't smells toilets to tell the owner to solve problem. We were been many 4-5 star hotels, resorts but haven't experience that. It's so important for first impression. When we walked in and walked out that smells is so badly, if someone has car sick or tired they can't stand it, as my friend, she tried not to throw up when she sat there to wait for Grab then told me went outside to wait. I checked restroom with 2 rooms always open, they need a door to separate and deodorize smells. This hotel is located far from Terminal 21 about 7 km.

มาพักรอบ2 แล้วคือดีชอบใกล้ของกิน พนักงานน่ารัก การบริการก็ดี

The hotel and the room is so clean, comfy and the staff is polite and nice they really helpful, if I come to bangkok again I will repeatedly stay here

โรงแรมพึ่งเปิดใหม่ ไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน ไดร์เป่าผมนะคะ อันนี้เตรียมไปเอง ของกินไม่มี กาแฟไม่มี มีน้ำเปล่าให้ 2 ขวด พนักงานยังน้อย โดยรวมคือ สะอาด ห้องโอเคค่ะ

ห้องใหม่มากดีค่ะ แต่ตอนเข้าพักไฟดับ 2 รอบ ตัวโรงแรมยังสร้างไม่เสร็จ แต่มีการแจ้งไว้ในห้องนอน
