值得推荐的新山住宿地点，服务好，干净，孩子们很喜欢，而且只需过马路就能找到吃的。

Was not inform that the room number is issue via online after receiving an e-receipt and no customer service person present at hotel itself. So bad and making few customers just went off after paying online and can't be refunded or reschedule. I fou d this as another scamming method.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, cuma proses self check in yang cukup ribet. Far far so good.

The apartment was nice just when check in confusing juat need sometime to understang the rules.

Waited for more than an hour at the lobby to wait to check in. As this is not a hotel, there was no chairs or lounge area in the lobby. After loitering around for an hour plus, we were given another unit @ are&F instead and we had to drive over. No compensation given for all the trouble and waiting time. Hopefully they can provide a seamless check in next time.
