空调从入住开始就漏水，我要求工作人员修理，但直到退房，问题仍然存在。工作人员态度很差，她对其他顾客生气的时候，还对我们忍气吞声。这很烦人。房间大小合适，适合我们三个人，地理位置优越，距离地铁站不到5分钟。总体来说还是不错的。

A pretty decent hotel considering its price and location. Basically, all necessities are provided and are of decent quality. Would recommend for a short stay where the small room sizes would not be a concern.

No blanket in the room, no tissue, minim of lights in the room.

Hotel Calmo sangat strategis letaknya di tengah Chinatown. Akses ke mana-mana sangat dekat, food park, toko oleh-oleh, dan terlebih stasiun MRT dan bus. Kamarnya cukup baik dengan toilet dan air panas dalam kamar. Amenities lengkap ada hairdryer, kettle air panas, sabun/sampo, teh dan safety box. Pokoknya lain kali pasti nginep di hotel Calmo. Many ants in the door and floor, the bedsheet was dirty. I found yellowish food stain. And also pubic hair. I wait for a long time to exchange room because my door lock is broken. The receptionist very not friendly, the super skinny one (india girl).

Pro: Close to the MRT station. Cons: Room is a box, sheets are dirty, towels are dirty, there are molds.

Kamar kotor berdebu banget, sempit, kamar mandi juga bau. Kapok menginap di sana lagi. Berisik suara dari bawah juga kedengeran.

Lokasi bagus, kamar jorok sekali nggak dibersihkan debu bertebaran sarang laba-laba pun ada. Kamar mandi bau pesing karena air seni dari kamar di atas bocor dan menetes ke kamar mandi kita. TV nggak nyala karena rusak. Resepsionis tidak ramah dan mengabaikan komplen kita. Kecewa banget.

Fast respon staff. Very close to Market. Near to subway. Great place. Thank you.
