我在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光。地理位置绝佳，所有我所需的东西都近在咫尺，而且酒店毗邻购物中心，更加方便。工作人员热情友好，总是面带微笑，随时准备提供帮助。我的房间干净、温馨，非常舒适，忙碌了一天后，我可以轻松放松身心。我感觉就像在家一样。

Staff friendly, comfrotable & clean room.

Staff was courteous and friendly. We were happy with the free soft drinks besides bottled water. TV has sharp and clear images. The best so far compared with other hotels globally. Great Job 👍.

The bedsheet and pillow cover a little dirty.

We arrived late at night, so tired and our card didn't work. So we had to go down to fix it. Then, next morning, requested for an iron but they took so long to deliver it, so we had to call again to remind (total time ~ 25mins). Breakfast was so-so, I'd rather get outside food. Also, the staff needs to improve their communication skill. I requested for late check out (1pm) and was given green light. At 12.30pm, staff called and asked if we are checking out at 1pm because they have customer to check in. The way he said it-as if we were wrong? He could have said it in nicer way and not offending way. Like “Sorry to have interrupt. Just to remind you that to prepare to check out at 1pm because we have other customer. Thank you”. I don't think we would come back.

Love the room. Super spacious and very clean.

Friendly and profressional staff. The room is tidy and cozy. I managed to get the room in the corner so the view was great! Will come here again if I visit Malaysia.

5 Stars vibe. I forgot to tell them bout the leaking pipe under the sink, room 13A10. Nothing is perfect right? Thankyou for the warm service. Keep it up and see you soon!

Nice Hotel, … we check in so late, was midnight, and the girl in receptionist allow us to check out late before 2pm. She really helps and understanding, because I was traveling with kid, …. Also easy to find food since the hotel next to the Cheras Mall, …!

婚礼当天房间不错，但没有升级房间😂早餐有待改进，味道和种类都还行，只是位置很棒，就在商场旁边。停车需要一直转到7楼。

New hotel. Convenient with the Eko Cheras Mall right beside it with some food outlets still open after 11pm. Took standard twin room. The all glass bathroom with no lock was awkward when sharing room but overall room was comfortable. When the beds were pushed together, there were space on each side to open out 2 big suitcases on floor. Reception was quick for check in and check out. Helpful very friendly and helpful.

Very responsive front office and treat us very well.

Overall good hotel but next to a very quiet mall. Bedsheet was a little dirty though.

Excellent services for the staff specially the receptionists, clean environtment and room, definitely will stay again. Thanks a bunch to all staff Innside.
