The Journey Hotel is in a strategic location. Clean. The staff are friendly. It's very helpful. Special thanks for letting us put our luggage because the flight to Kota Kinabalu was delayed. Highly recommend staying and coming back again.

Lokasi strategis ke beberapa tempat wisata bisa dengan jalan kaki saja, saya pesan kamar deluxe with window and I really like it 🥰. Walaupun kamarnya tidak begitu besar namun nyaman. Resepsionisnya ramah, apalagi yang shift sore sangat ramah dan sangat membantu ☺. Info tambahan: Ada dispenser untuk refill air mineral dan meja setrika di luar kamar. _ Kasumasa _.

Oh my God! I definitely will come again to stay at this hotel. It's very convenient, and breakfast is easy to walk to, as you can see in my picture. The hotel is still fresh and new! Very good for all various ages to stay here. Those who wish to go for medical treatment, it's easy and just a grab away. Thank you Ms. Kessi and team for the hospitality given. Definitely enjoyed my short stay here.

Pagi-pagi saya pergi ke rumah sakit untuk cek darah, dan meninggalkan anak perempuan saya di kamar, yang sedang tidur. Pas saya pulang, dia bilang ada petugas hotel membuka pintu, tanpa mengetuk, padahal saya sudah menggantungkan kertas jangan diganggu. Petugas hotel jam 11 malam sudah pulang, dan pagi saya keluar jam 6 belum ada petugas yang datang, sungguh tidak nyaman.

Hotel nya bersih, nyaman, petugas nya ramah, sangat dekat dengan tempat makan dan mini market, pesan grab juga tidak sulit dri sini dan mudah ditemukan.

The room is not "very" spacious, but it was spacious enough. Very comfy and really really clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. The bathroom was pretty good too with the handheld and rain shower. Location wise, I'd say it's really great. Walking distance to nearby famous eateries and convenience's shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to Chowrasta Market. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the famous Chulia Street nightlife. Only 2 downside things about the room. There's no minibar and there's no proper shelve to place your personal toiletries in the bathroom.

Overall not bad. But the no sound proof. You can hear people passing by the corridor. Walking distance to food stall.

Will stay again here. Very clean and cozy.

Simple, big and clean room! However, the blanket and bedsheet had a musty smell. Was changed during housekeeping after giving feedback. Overall still a great experience.
