ดีทุกอย่างยกเว้นตอน check out โรงแรมแจ้งว่าไม่พบการจ่ายเงินจาก Traveloka ต้องทำการรูดจ่ายเงินอีกรอบ หลังจากประสานงานกับ Traveloka ได้รีับคำตอบว่า “แอดมินได้รับการชี้แจ้งจากทางโรงแรมว่าเนื่องจากทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถหักเงินจากบัตรของการจองในวันเข้าเช็คอินได้ ทางเราจึงเก็บเงินคุณลูกค้าไว้ก่อน ภายหลังทางโรงแรมได้ดำเนินการอีกครั้งพบว่าสามารถหักเงินได้ ดังนั้นทางโรงแรมจะคืนเงินที่ลูกค้าจ่ายโดยตรงกลับสู่บัตรระยะเวลาคืนยอด 15 วัน ทำการค่ะ” รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ

The worst service ever, I've paid all ready and have all the evidence but when I arrive the hotel they said they didn't get it. So I have to wait 5 hours until I get in the room. The service of Traveloga is worst as the Holiday inn. Worst trip ever!

Lokasi bagus. Makanan breakfast enak. Staff ramah. Telat masuk breakfast masih di layani dengan ramah oleh staff pakai jas yang kayak nya orang India. Cuma kasian, wifi internet kayak turtle kecepatan nya

Good location, kamar besar. Nyaman. Breakfastnya oke untuk standard asian food. So far 3 malam feel happy selama di sini dan tambah 1 malam lagi langsung bayar di tempat.
