酒店很有特色，房间舒适，地理位置也不错，但让我困惑的是，为什么App上显示包含早餐，但酒店却不提供早餐？我想问问前台，结果直到上午11点才有人值班🥲

工作人员都很友善，酒店非常美观，房间也都很棒。如果你想住在库塔地区而不是海滩，我还会再来的✨

这是我在巴厘岛最喜欢的住处。非常舒适、干净，交通便利。

酒店美观，房间宽敞舒适。遗憾的是没有卧铺房

这个设计确实很有趣。多种木材混合。不幸的是它不是很干净。第一天蚊子特别多，要求送来电驱蚊器，结果送来的却是蚊香。提供的玻璃杯不干净，有很多污渍。不提供牙刷。房间清洁服务仅提供到 15:00，之后他们就不再提供此项服务。第二天，退房时刚过中午 12 点，我们被提醒入住时间是 12:30。不幸的是，那个人在大厅询问我在二楼阳台的哪个位置时提醒我们办理入住手续。 😃

Nope, so not recommended. Booked a room with a bathtub, but got a deluxe one instead, not what I expected. When I complained to management, they said, “this falls under the corporate pricing system for deluxe rooms” without a single apology or any useful solution. I even booked it under my personal name. Totally not recommended, felt completely scammed. To make it worse, the water pressure was extremely low, and the hot water didn't work.

penjaga nya tidak ramah, kurang bersih, kenyamanan kamar kurang, licin, masa kita menginap lebih dari orang 2 suruh bayar lagi, saya bersama keluarga di suruh bayar lagi itu kata penjaga nya dari manajer bilang nya seperti itu aku menginap di hotel hotel lain tidak seperti itu.

The place is quite cozy and warm, you'll get accompany from birds chirping all day. Everything is good except the room is not really sound proof so you can hear the room next to you, no toothbrush and hairdryer, and the room is very humid. The bed, blanket, and pillow feels wet and cold all the time due to its humidity.

Kamar nya besar dan dingin, air panasnya juara, lingkungannya nyaman. Staff ramah banget.

Very beautiful Japanese exterior. Strategic location. Pool looks beautiful too. Only minus the room is not soundproof so I can hear noise from the next room and there was some mosquito when you sleep at night.

Sangat parah, jam 9 pagi kita beberes barang untuk check out aliran listrik di matikan. Ada onsen tapi air panas juga di batasi sehingga tidak panas. Pelayanan staff lelet, lebih sering terlihat di belakang bermain game yang terdengar suara koin (?) Kebersihan kamar di pertanyakan dengan bau pesing yang ada selama di kamar mandi. Overall sangat amat tidak di rekomendasi selain lokasi saja yang bagus!

Lokasi sangat strategis, tempat juga oke banget cakep dan aesthethic, sayang amenities nya ga lengkap.

The room in the third floor wasn't very soundproof, when the TV, in other room, was on I can clearly hear the voice.

What I like the most about it is the design of the accommodation. It is very charming yet very comfortable. It sits nearby from the main road, yet still managed to be peaceful. The room is very spacious and clean. Definitely will come back on my next visit to Bali.
