很高兴在安宁日期间住在这里，两天前是我们的周年纪念日，价格实惠，服务很好，客服部的 Dwi 非常有知识和乐于助人，餐厅的 Didi 非常友好地为我们服务，Ikbal（如果我没记错的话）似乎是餐厅的经理，他非常细心地提供帮助，厨师 Sutresna 和 Mahesa 烹饪的食物非常美味， 房间很漂亮，我们睡得很好， 我们会再回来的，我们喜欢它❤️

Hotel yang dekat dengan Pantai Sanur, bisa sewa sepeda menyusuri pantai, atau bisa berjalan kaki. Banyak cafe dan warung di tepi-tepi pantai, ombak yang tenang dan angin yang tenang. Staff hotel yang amat sangat ramah, dan saya dapat very late check-out by request. Thank you Holiday Inn Sanur for your hospitality.

I stayed here twice already, and both times went home with bed bugs rashes on my body. Cautionary tale for those who are looking to stay here! The room looks clean so this was totally unexpected. Will not be staying here for third time.

Horrible experience. I booked the room for my Dad. When it came to check out time, I came to pick him up and the security staff asked me why parked there with eyes like I was a criminal or such. When I came back to car bringing big luggage no one offered help to load it to my car. Really are you just kind to foreign customers? Room is nice but not the service.

Tôi rất vui và hài lòng về dịch vụ nơi đây. Đồ ăn tươi hợp khẩu vị. Phòng sạch sẽ. Vị trí siêu gần biển Sanur, buổi sáng tôi thuê xe đạp để chạy dạo quanh biển. Bể bơi trên tầng thượng ngắm bình minh trên biển rất đẹp. Điều đặc biệt là an ninh ở đây rất tốt, tôi để quên điện thoại iPhone 14 ở nhà vệ sinh tại sảnh tầng 1, sau khi checkout và đã di chuyển được 6km rồi tôi mới gọi về hotline của khách sạn. Lễ tân đã tìm được điện thoại cho tôi. Tôi rất cảm ơn an ninh và lễ tân khách sạn đã giúp tôi nhận lại điện thoại đã bỏ quên của mình.

Nice place to stay if you are in Sanur Area. Near my favorite cafe called Stuja di Pantai. You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle in the morning.

The room is clean, spacious, and very comfy. There is a desk and a chair inside, so I could work from here. The bathroom is also nice: water pressure, hot water, and toiletries are great. The bed is spacious for 2 persons. Staff are friendly. Food is just okay. The hotel is really close to Sanur beach, only 3-5 mins walk. There are many good restaurants around as well. The price is not as expensive as other hotels with the same quality. This is a great stay and would like to come here again next time.

Semua kelihatan baru dan bersih, staff, HK pelayanan bagus dan ramah-ramah, saya dan suami sangat senang tinggal di hotel ini, fast internet, cold AC, fridge juga dingin, suami pada dasarnya tukang complain di sini dia nggak ada complain 😄, terima kasih Holiday Inn Sanur, dan aku juga sudah jadi member IHG 🤗.

The room is large and clean it is also so comfortable yet the beach isn't really suit for kids.

Kamarnya bersih, nyaman dan sangat tenang. Posisi dekat dengan pantai, hanya 2 menit berjalan kaki. Breakfast juga cukup enak.

Smaller room. Everything else is wonderful. Their room size is compensated by many things. You won't feel claustrophobic because the design is great! Sizeable. Location is great close to the beach, shops, restaurants and mossimo. Clean and great service. Looks like a fairly new hotel hopefully they maintain their level of excellence. Will stay there again for sure in our next visit

酒店位置优越，距离海滩非常近（步行约5分钟），而且离美食旅游胜地也很近。酒店房间非常舒适、宽敞、干净，而且和照片上一样现代。酒店员工也非常友好。非常推荐这家酒店。
