Lack of security. It's a big building but there's only one security guard. Also, the swimming pool is dirty. Although, the staff are friendly.

Poor customer service from all the staffs.

The hotel is so poor. No signal at all. Steep stairs, the hotel is not pwd, senior and baby friendly, almost all facilities are under construction. Aircon, cable tv, flush are not functioning well. Upon entering the room the room smells baygon with orange scent. Over all stay must be refunded since all I've got is stress. Just want to thank all the staff that assisted us. We understand that this issues are not their fault however they still need to face all of it.

services not good,waste of money...system not updated.i booked family room and gave me a twin bedroom...dusty cabinets and console tables...not well maintained hotel,they provided us breakfast with hair mixed on our food.swimming pool is not working,toilet bowl flush is not working...no tissues on rooms,no toothbrush and toothpaste no complimentary bottled water you need to request first before they give you,just 1 pair of slippers provided,blankets only 2 instead of 4. you might get deceived by their adverts,do not book..you can't change and refund booking...better search for a better hotel.payment is not worth it...very poor hotel management and maintenance...

There was no water in morning to prepare and get ready.. have to check out and move to another hotel for a long journey ahead. No wifi in rooms and no cell phone signals..
