Everything was good except for the room soundproofing

lokasi terbaik! jalan kaki sahaja ke sogo. breakfast sedap. receptionist pun friendly. cuma perlu ada soundproof setiap bilik, mlm clear dgr perbualan bilik sebelah menyembang.. hihi

Ini kedatangan kami ke 2x nya lokasi bagus depan hotel ada go kl ke titiwangsa, nyebrang sedikit ke medan mara gokl ke kl sentral akses kemana-mana gampang, jangan berharap early cek in atau late check out karena cek in baru bisa pukul 15.00 dan cek out harus jam 12.00 siang, pelayanan hampir seluruh staff mulai dari FO sampai restaurant muka masam dan kasar, melayu tapi tak berbudi bahasa berbeda dengan melayu diindonesia.

I had a great time, staff was friendly and the hotel location is superb with easy access. Facilities are good and food is really nice with good verity.

I add on the breakfast buffet which is for me quite expensive (rm 47 +) because not too much option. Not many have various of food for breakfast. However, the hotel give good service from check in and check out.
